Wow, ever thought of getting a job with the NYC Tourism Board? These are fabulous shots. I work in NYC and I don't see it this way. It's sad that I'm so used to rushing from home to work, and work to home, that I never stop to smell the roses, so to speak. Thank you for bringing the joy of NYC back into my heart for the holidays.
What an absolutely beautiful thing to say to me. We all do that, eh? All of us at some point in some form in our lives.
Your post overwhelmed me in an absolutely wonderful way. It made me happy. As you know - you are very lucky to live in such a fantastic city. Thank you for sharing that with me PrincessKsMom.
Muushka and Mr. Muushka at that!!!!! So thrilled to see you here. Hope life is terrific and that you are having a wonderful holiday. I so miss you guys. Love to you!
I love NYC at Christmastime! We're going in on Sunday just because we love going in during this time of the year then on Monday we're going to visit Carlos Bakey in Hoboken since it has become one of our favorite shows and my DH wants some good canoli
Thanks Disney Doll. I have to say that I was thrilled with them. It's out of character for me to be a tad pompous but if I'm truthful I have to say I'm very pleased with the outcome.
On behalf of the PROUDLY pompous Citizens of the Grand City of New York, thank you for sharing your magnificent reflections of the beauty, charm, joy and glory of our cherished city through your stunning photographs!

Actually, I just did what I should have done when I asked, I checked the Exif data. It is a P&S, Kodak Z712 IS, non articulated, door #2, LOL. You do have a very good eye for composition, Lisa. Thanks again for sharing.

You know I don't know what is more amusing - really I don't - the fact that it was door #2 and I lost at a 50/50 or that I have absolutely NO CLUE what you are talking about.
Anyway Dan - if you catch this maybe you can talk to me like I'm four year old and explain all this or I can be not so lazy and google it.
Beautiful work, thx for sharing your creative pix!!
Brings back fond memories of celebrating my BD a few years back touring wonderful NYC during holidays and taking in the Rockettes C'mas Spectacular at RCMH.
