Has anyone out there had problems receiving your order? I placed my order on October 14th and still have not received anything. Just curious of your experience.

It took me over a month to get my order and two emails. When the order finally showed up, it was a flimsy, plastic fanny pack that I sent immediately back. I have not had a refund to my credit card yet, nor a return email which I requested.

I would not recommend this company.

That is my opinion and experience.

It recently took me from ordering on 10/10 until receiving order on 10/23. I started another thread asking about this same thing. After 10 days, someone recommended that I call/email, so I emailed on 10/21 and quickly got a response indicating my order had been sent that day. (coincidence ??!!) I received my stuff, I ordered mainly for the countdown clocks, which are fine and seem to work as expected. Other stuff does seem to have a cheap or cheezy feel to it -- fanny packs, small plastic figurines, "light wands" for kids (one is sortof broken). Reminds of the type of "prizes" that your kids get from Chucky Cheese's after accumulating hundreds of tickets to trade in. But since my kids are usually happy with those trinkets, I'm sure they'll like the nutztogo stuff... But like the other poster, nutztogo won't be getting any more of my money
