Nutisystems vs lean cuisine

I cant seem to grasp the whole good carbs vs bad carbs thing. I think I may be a little ADD... anyway, does Lean Cuisine work the same way as NutiSystems in regards to good/bad carbs? (Or whatever the balance is?) :confused3
