*Nutella* -- how do you use it?

Any vessel that will hold the Nutella until it reaches my mouth....that's a good thing to put Nutella on!!! :lmao:

Seriously....toast, a cracker, a spoon, my finger......the list is virtually endless (too bad the jar isn't)

Poor man's crepe (saw it on a menu in Detoit). Nutella on a pancake and roll it up like a crepe. My kids loves these.

Subscribing to this!! Keep the Nutella ideas coming!!:thumbsup2

My niece was home this summer and saw I had coupons for Nutella and said how much she LOVES this stuff. She took a few coupons with her and since then I have picked up 6 jars for her to go with her Christams present. :santa: I am now going to supply her with all your ides!! This is great!!! She will love it!!

Thank you so much! I think it will add a nice extra to the gift. :)

Nutella, how do I love thee? Mmmmm...

My favorite breakfast is whole wheat toast with nutella and sliced strawberries with coffee. My kids love it on their waffles in the morning, or PBJ with nutella and bananas.

Pesto...on pasta for a quick meal, in sandwiches, on bruschetta...my favorite is on toast with sliced avocado and some pesto. Yum!

Thanks for the nutella on crescent rolls recipe! Sounds delish!

My first thought was pesto and nutella....ewwwww!!!!!

Then realized you meant seperately. :rotfl2:

Pesto and mayo go great on a roast beef sandwich with lettuce and red onions.

Nutella and marshmallow fluff is good between two Graham crackers.

I have never had Nutella. BUT, Pesto!! YUMMY! The very first time I had ever even heard of pesto was 18 years ago on my Honeymoon at WDW - at Narcoossees!!! :thumbsup2 I fell it LOVE with pesto!!!

I like to put goat cheese on crispy garlic toasties with pesto on top!! MMMM MMMM!!!!!!!

I take a pizza crust (I usually cheat and get jiffy:) ) - roll it out thin, and bake it till almost cooked. I then spread it with pesto, drop on "gobs" of fresh mozzarella balls and finish baking the crust. I then sprinkle with diced fresh tomatoes (usually marinated in Italian dressing) and thickened balsamic vinegar (simmer on the stove until thick). YUM.

I mix canned chicken, mayo and pesto and serve it on croissant rolls.

OP here -
WOW y'all, thank you!!!!!!
I'm pumped to try some of these recipes! Who knew? LOL
(And pesto and Nutella together, haha, ewww! :rotfl: )

My favorite thing to do with Nutella is lay out wonton wrappers, put a dollop of Nutella on one side, place one banana slice on it, brush some egg on the edge and fold it into a triangle, pressing to seal all around. Fry it for a few minutes until lightly browned. Take it out, put it on a paper towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar. I spoon some Nutella into a zip lock bag and snip the end off to squeeze it out onto the wonton. I think that's easier than using a spoon.

My favorite things to do with pesto are to mix it into chopped up chicken to make a pesto chicken salad or smear it on some dough and make a chicken pesto pizza.

Pesto? Not a fan.
Nutella is great on a graham cracker and also for dipping fruit. Bananas, strawberries, and pineapple are my favorites.

This thread is making me hungry popcorn::

I love eating rice cakes with peanut butter in the morning, well one day we bought Nutella and I decided to try that instead :lovestruc all I can say is yummy. It's also good on a rice cake with peanut butter and Nutella mixed together. :goodvibes

As for Pesto, I just bought some the other day and wanted to make a really quick dinner because I was tired. I cooked up some penne pasta, crisped up some bacon and put in a few TBSP's of jarred pesto, sprinkled with parmesan cheese. It was so good and easy, everybody loved it!

Now I'm off to the kitchen to have some Nutella on a spoon.
