Is the Sleepy Hollow Fruit and Nutella waffle sandwich considered a snack credit on the Disney dining plan? It looks delicious even if I have to pay oop, but would be even better if it is available as a snack credit on the ddp

It is my go to breakfast item at the MK - well worth paying OOP - and you get a view of the castle from the tables...it is a bargain as far as Disney goes
