Nut Allergy

My 3 1/2 DS has a life-threatening nut allergy. Before we went last year I emailed someone who had me fill out a form with all of our ADR's on it. She in turn contacted all of the restaurants for us (even though we already flagged then when making our ADR's). Does anyone know this wonderful lady? I think her name may be Beverly?? Thanks!

You're thinking of the infamous Brenda Bennett! WDW has a new email address that you send your info to. SpecialDiets@disneyworld.com They'll reply with the forms that you need to fill out. I noted the allergies when I made the ADRs and then I filled the form out and sent it to the special diets people. It was all there when I checked in at each restaurant.

We have nut allergies too (among other things) and the accommodations were fantastic! Have a good trip!

Sorry, I don't have your answer but thank you for the great information. I have a nut allergy too. I was just planning on sticking with 'safe' options on the menu and asking if the item contains nuts. Now I am thinking that I should email them to make extra sure I won't have any issues.

My granddaughter has tree nut allergies. When DD made ADR's they noted it, then when we checked in it was already on the reservation. The chef's came out and explained what was safe. We did a couple buffets the chef walked the buffet with DD telling her what was ok. They also offered to make something if granddaughter didn't like what was safe for her.
