is it possible to call them direct and make a request? if soo could someone help with the number

There is little point calling them directly for a room request, as I understand the new system makes this a bit more difficult. You are best calling your travel agent or whoever you booked it through and asking to have the request noted on your booking which will then be passed through to the resort shortly prior to your check in date
