Where can I find information about how many units are in each DVC location? Is there a list someplace that details how many villas, 2-bedroom units, etc. Thanks for any responses.

The info is in the Component Site Public Offering Statement. For Boardwalk, it's in the Public Offering Statement Text, Section 5a.

1 Building
286 total vacation homes
7 Grand Villa
106 Two Bedroom
88 One Bedroom
85 Studio
51 weeks of availability
14586 total seven day availability periods.

The disclosure manuals provide the info but do so only to the extent a resort has been dedicated to DVC. In other words, when a resort first goes on sale, the totals shown will only be a small number; as it reaches sell out updated versions of the disclosure documents will provide the actual total. Boardwalk actually has 383 vacation homes and thus I believe the numbers from above are from an older disclosure statement before the sell-out. Old Key West has 531, VWL 136, BCV will have 205, the one DI will have 192, and the one eventually to be built at Eagle Pines is supposed to end up with 600 total. Those numbers all count 2BR lock-offs as one unit and thus actual number of available rooms when those are broken down to 1BR and studios is higher.

So, if Boardwalk has 383 unit and 7 are grand villas, does that mean that there are 376 2 bedroom units (each of which could turn into a studio and a 1-bedroom if split)?

No. There are dedicated studios and 1BR's at BWV that are not connected to form 2BR's. I do not have the exact numbers with me but based on memory I believe there are about 149 2BRs that can be divided into a 1BR and studio, and about 126 dedicated 1BR's and 101 studios.

When I bought at BCV, I was told the total points for beach club would be around three million points.
