What's Next?
My guess more moderates being converted to DVC:
PO-RS Mansions (old DL Mansions) being completely blown up and replaced with DVC Mansions Resort.
They can clear out everything on that side of the Sassagoula River and rebuild.

Still a rumor. All that had been confirmed is that Disney has plans to build a tower there. Most assume it will be another DVC resort but there has been no confirmation yet.

There's still the proposed FW project and some previous speculation about a a separate resort and shopping area on Western way. My guess is they would likely expand at CBR first.
