Now What

I just received my DHL delivery with I thought was going to have my AP in it. Instead I have a fluorescent green card called an EXCHANGE CERTIFICATE. I need the numbers off my AP to give to my TA if she is going to reserve our room under the BEST RATE program.

Very frustrated now. I was told I would get a AP, not this thing I have in my hands now. There are no numbers on the card for me to enter intothe Passholders Website either...

I have the same exchange certificate. You exchange this for an activated pass when you arrive. On the back, on the top there are numbers to enter on the passholder website.

You can provide your TA the numbers on your exchange voucher to get the best rate program booked. There is a series of letters and numbers on there (including a date) that he/she will need.
