As I stated on another thread about this issue: Damnit!!!! I planned my entire Disney vacation around seeing that one statue! How could Disney do this? Everyone that I'm travelling with is going to be so disappointed!!! Well this is just the last nail in the coffin.

With the continuing moral decline we see all around us

Yes, but only from the shareholder's meeting and the tour. One would think if they were worried about guest complaints, they would have removed it from the park, too instead of letting it remain until the statues were supposed to leave.

Relativism. People don't want to admit to it, but there is a difference between right and wrong. There are absolutes.

ok, so if they too down the one of janet, why not take down the one of ellen & elton john's? They're homosexual and you KNOW how much lesbians & gays are bad *this is a synical statement geared towards disney, not the gay & lesbian society* Why not take the one from Tony Hawk down? We all know that skaters do nothing but tear up handrails & the like *once again, geared towards disney, not skaters* Why not take down crazy style mickey? it was designed by graffitti artists. we all know they do nothing but spraypaint & vandalize anything they can? *see statement above*
