Now that the November Park Hour Drama has ended..when will we see December???

I called WDW today and a CM told me that the Dec. hours will be out on the 15th of Oct. I know I wish they would come out alot sooner.......

Please tell me it isn't so!!! THE 15th! I am one of the ones who's vacation starts in Nov and ends in Dec. This waiting is driving me crazy! I really wish Disney would get their act together with this. It used to be the 1st of the month, now it is the 15th... How does Disney really expect people to make plans?
