Someone please tell me - is the talking, roving tree at Animal Kingdom -- Devine or Wes Palm. Or did someone make up Wes Palm to throw us all off?! I can't wait till next week!!! Thank you!!:p

The talking, roving tree is Wes Palm. The character that is the human walking bush(or really vines) is Devine.

They are two distinctly different characters.

That's what I was hoping!! I originally thought the answer was Devine - but then I read about Wes Palm on this board. I had never heard of him or read anything about him before that. Thank you for the info!!:D

&*&^%$%^&& I got it wrong...I didn't read carefully enough...and I spent extra time getting the name of the restaurant right at the Dolphin....

That was the Dolphin Fountain right (please tell me that's right!)

My contest answers......

by what other name when Disney's Animal Kingdom first
opened?

5) The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh replaced what
Fantasyland attraction?
Mr. Toad's Wild Ride

6) Name the restaurant at the WDW Swan and Dolphin that

Thanks, I got all the same answers except # 4 and #9. I think #4 is the Dolphin Fountain. I looked on the Swan and Dolphin web site and the pictures looked like the one in the contest. Only they only call it the Dolphin Fountain. Then, on the wdwig.com web site they show the actual picture with the juke box - but they call it Dolphin Fountain and Snack Shop. I wish I had looked there first. :( For # 9 I put Michael Graves. I read that in a guide book. Anyone know which is right?

Let me know if I need to make corrections...

Ok, looks like I got the answer to #9 wrong, but I still think I might have the right answer to #4.

from www.wdwig.com
Tubbi's Buffeteria, in the Dolphin Resort, is a great place for a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner. They have delicious food, and the service is usually good, unless they're busy. From French toast, pancakes, eggs, and fruit to cheesy grilled cheese and hot dogs to fresh Krispy Kreme doughnuts, they have everything a kid could want to eat! They also have a jukebox, where you can pick your own music, and a convenient little store where you can buy things you might have forgotten from home. And when you're done eating, the Dolphin's video game arcade is just around the corner! I would recommend that you give Tubbi's a try!

You all seems to have done quite well on the wdwig contest.
I personally did real bad . :(

These are the ones which I KNOW i got correct: 3, 5, 7 (Yippee) but I KNOW i definately(sp) 4, 6, 9 wrong.

The rest, well, there's hope for next time!

Should've done better really, but I didn't leave myself much time to find the *HARD* answers.

This maybe because when you think about it, a lot of the questions were geared towards Swan and Dolphin, and i know NOTHING about Swan and Dolphin (LOL)

Wasn't the wording of the Question about the Dolphin Fountain say something about the complete name....there was something in the wording that made look further...

Yes, the question was worded that way. The problem is, I was looking on the Swan and Dolphin web site and they call it the Dolphin Fountain on everything - it doesn't mention the Snack Bar part. You would think they would have had the full name on their own web site!! Oh well ....

Exactly! I went to the official Swan/Dolphin site also and it was only called the Dolphin Fountain there.
