What about open toed shoes? What do you do when it's 53 degrees in the morning but 85 in the afternoon? Deal with frozen piddies in the morning and just crank the heat in the car?

when do you switch over to closed toe shoes? (I'm easing myself into them wearing mules/slides...I HATE socks...I wont' wear them until late October. hehehe

well, I don't own any white shoes or clothes except for a few t-shirts. I'm actually wearing a white t[shirt today *gasp*. I'm still wearing sandals-hey it IS still summer. I will probably still wear my sandals until it is too cold to do so.

I'm still wearing shorts and sandals. So is DD. It's still beautiful weather here in Nebraska, so the dates means nothing to me. I'm still trying to adjust my thinking to the idea that summer is over. It went too fast!

i own 1 pair of white shoes and the only reason i have them is because i had to for a wedding i was in. i hardly ever wear them.

don't have any white pants.

most of my tops that are "white" are actually off-white, so i should be ok.

i wore sandles today and i'll keep doing that until my feet start to get cold.

I'm still wearing sandals. I don't have any white ones though, so no problems there. I think I'm going to invest in a pair of ballet flats to wear to work when it's too cold to wear sandals, but not cold enough to wear boots.

The only white shoes I own are the ballet slippers I bought for my upcoming wedding. However since it is always warm here I still wear white jeans and white shorts.

The only white shoes I own are sneakers, and since I've had them since February they're not really white anymore. But I've never hesitated to wear white shoes after Labor Day, if I needed too. In NH, anything goes, really. I do generally wear darker colors though.
And I'd be wearing my sandals (it's 80 here) but my jeans haven't been hemmed yet so I'd kill myself in my sandals. I'd be all tripped up in my jeans. Here we mostly go by the weather instead of by the calendar. Mainly because weather's so wacky here.

hmmm....I didn't really think about it this morning but I automatically went for my black pumps instead of the black sandals.

I own white sandals but NEVER wear them.....and don't own any white pants or shorts...not a good look for plus sized women like me.

I don't have white shoes, don't have white pants, and I have a sum total of 2 white dress shirts, and 4 ratty white t-shirts.

I will wear my sandals until my feet turn blue from the cold.

I will crank up the heat in the car, then turn the a/c on in the afternoon

I will not turn the heat on in my house until the thermostat registers 64F

I will someday move to Florida!

Good grief! It is 92 degrees here, and will be that way into almost October.

No white shoes in the closet anyway...I hate them. But I will still wear opentoed heels and sandals until it is probably November..

White pants...I will probably phase into wearing "winter white" when I get back from vacation at the end of Sept. But while we're in FL and the Bahamas, those white pants will get a workout!
