Thanks Stephanie218, they're from Nubble Point in York Me. Here's one of the LightHouse there, I'm about 45 mins. away from there.

My "theme" yesterday at MK seemed to be signs. I stopped getting off the toll road (no cars behind me) and took the New Everest billboard, shoot a picture through the car window of the Philharmagic billboard, and took several photos of parking lots signs..... thought I would post this little guy. I guess this would be a good way to remember where you parked!!! DD has a pretty good memory for that, although I do have to admit, one afternoon we parked, and we were so involved in our conversation, that we didn't really pay attention while walking to the tram....we new the general area, but took about 15 min to find our car!

I often have themes for my trips to WDW for my picture taking. It is fun to plan and hunt for the shots while there. :thumbsup2

I was going to post this over on the theme park board but I'll ask you photo buffs here. I'm taking my DD to celebrate her 7th birthday in May and was thinking it would be fun to take a photo in her in every country with.....I've got a few ideas:

a different hat from each country

a fountain or statue from each country

a plant or flower

a flag from each country

a CM from each country

any more ideas?

Any other theme ideas? I was thinking benches, doorways....

Martha-how did your Everest billboard shot come out? I'd love to see it. My DD is going to be so excited to try it.

They sound like good ideas, if you use a hat or flag have the CM from each country sign it in there native language for your DD and get those picts as well. Have fun.

Great picture of the Biltmore Estate Willis37862. I live very close to it and actually pass the entrance to the estate everyday on my way to work but unfortunately have only been twice.

How can it be? You didn't use ISO 1600? I always get 1/30 sec shutter at Osborne regardless which object I'm taking.

YEAH!!! The grandkids came over tonight. My oldest DS's family had been passing a cold around their house for the past 2 weeks. Finally, tonight, I got to try the new camera out with the grandkids, Paul & Tabby! :goodvibes

Aren't they the cutest! ;)

I love this photo of Tara I took last night at MK - Train Station in Toontown. Today was crazy hat day at school, so this was her choice....
