Having sorted out new accommodation last week after being told the resort we'd booked (back in October
) couldn't take us, I've just come home for lunch to find a letter from Thomson telling us our flight next Friday will be on a different aircraft and we can't have the Premium Seats we'd booked
Straight on the phone to their Customer Services to ask if we can have Extra Legroom seats instead. After an automatic "No, sorry" reaction from the guy there, he then said "Hold on and I'll check" and came back to say we can have Extra Legroom seats (at normal cost). I'll believe it when (if?
) it happens, but at the moment I can do no more than keep everything crossed it will be okay. I was soooooooo looking forward to that little bit of extra comfort.
Not to mention that we only chose this flight/route because the Premium Seats weren't offered on the Cardiff flight. Sorry, just had to get that off my chest
