Okay - originally I though it'd feel official when I got the letter from DVC saying that financing was approved and the paperwork was complete.

That happened yesterday.

But after spending the last month or so on this board, I realized that it isn't OFFICIAL until I post this message!

We are so excited!!!!

What a great Christmas gift for our little family.

Thanks to everyone on this board who gave us advice, shared their experiences, etc.
