I have even read of a person who was so upset that she is considering not going to DLR for quests but sea world. Then the banning of CL_Adioskater for dressing up like staff for Halloween? Why? I have seen and reported players saying sexual comments and other sick things, and they get one day bans, then he dresses like staff and BOOM! He is banned till 2017. Also, half the staff I have had the displeasure of meeting are quite mean. I ask a question and they say I don?t know very rudely and then either boot me or tell them to write here, to what we vmkers call the black hole, because we very rarely if ever get a response. Bottom line, staff is paid to make games and answer questions, not blow people off when they don?t have the answer that would look good. And now they say not to talk to them about it? I think you should let the CLs do all the in game events; they can handle it much better and are way nicer than staff. I know of kids that cried over this debacle, which is the worst show in Disney history in my opinion, kids crying about something Disney does. I think Walt would be ashamed of the way things were handled, even if I never knew him. I would NEVER see this at a real Disney park, and why should your virtual parks be ANY different from the real ones?

i bet they just search for key words then autoreply.
 
It is common for companies to have canned responses to acknowledge receipt of e-mails/letters. They probably have certain responses based upon the title you chose when you use their system to send in a complaint, and it could very well be automated.

Quite frankly, many people only want a response to their e-mails, and a canned response is enough. Hopefully real issues are dealt with in a second e-mail.
 
the community leader thing always comes in mail in seconds of you writing because they are not excepting and the things about events are generic to but some messages are real from the staff like i've gotten two back from them and they werent generic. now would you really want to take the time and answewr all those complaints and questions without using original things.

i applied before that, thats why i am a little mad, i applied almost a week

i dont even think they even search for keywords! I think they just read the first sentence and then auto answer.
