How much below 'asking' is "lowballing"?

So i just submitted $100 as an offer for a listing that had $135 as the listing price and got accepted (between yesterday and today)

I would say submit whatever offer makes most sense for you as a buyer, the seller has no obligation to accept or even counter. They can just ignore you as an option. Worst case, you hear nothing and it obvisouly doesn't hurt.

I have had that too, such a good deal I was sweating it until that contract had been signed.
