ROFR Frustration

I'm sorry this has happened to you. I wonder what the real story is here. Was there some mixup along the way? Was there an issue with the seller? I used Fidelity and Bonnie and both were absolutely amazing. Unfortunate to hear this.

sounds frustrating... on another note, i just got rofr'd but my broker agent didn't even know yet. the title company emailed me directly first.

I’m not one to ever bad mouth someone, but this experience I had was just horrible, their had to have been a mistake made by someone along the way that was made.

I am most definitely going to be calling! I messaged the lady who sent me the rofr email. I asked her a couple questions, she hit me with “we do let you know once we hear from Disney, I have added your agent to this thread” basically stop asking me type thing. Lol

Thats i not okay. If they made a mistake they can just acknowledge and apologize being rude makes the mistake even more frustrating.

I can. It's fidelity (https://www.fidelityrealestate.com/brand/disney-vacation-club/) I didn't want to though as it may not be something they've done wrong. It could be a DVC issue. I'm frustrated with them either way though as the last unsolicited contact was on the 2nd! Everything else I've had to beg for a reply.

I had a really good experience with Fidelity last year... I hope this resolved and they don't have a bad rep??

The same one who didn’t disclose that I had an international seller? No way! But they’re so detail oriented!

In all seriousness I would use them again but man alive they are example 1 of why you can never assume someone knows what they’re doing when that much money is involved.

How did you find out you had an international seller? One of my children has a TS/SCI clearance, and I would be furious if the broker sprung that on me.
