Uh.. "it shows you all of your options"

NO! If it did that when I put in the request for a studio at BWV for 2 nights it would have shown me the SSR and AKV that were avaialble. Instead it showed me THREE sold out options and SSR. You have to do repeated searches to get ALL of your options because the programmers thought we wanted to see "sold out" options

We started looking a couple of weeks ago on the DVC member site under the online reservations area because we decided on our travel dates. We own at SSR and Animal Kingdom and since we stayed at AKL last year we loved it and wanted to reserve a 1br savannah view at Kidani first and then Jambo if no Kidani available. So our dates were 12/13 through 12/21. Nothing was really available for kidani or Jambo for 1br savannah views except some odd nights. We were ready to stay in a standard 1br at Jambo but my wife talked me into calling to make my reservation. I wasn't going to because in the online reservation page it says there is no difference in availability from online to calling and reserving. I called and actually made the reservation for Jambo standard view and I told the person on the phone that my wait list option would be Kidani and Jambo 1br savannah. He said hold on I think I can make Kidani 1br savannah happen. Two minutes go by and sure enough we have our 1br savannah at Kidani for our entire stay. I recomend using online for an idea but if you don't see exactly what you want call anyway. It worked for us.
