It depends when you go in November. We've been the last full week before t-giving and the resorts were still working on putting their lights up. The parks were mostly decorated - as in, some were not the first day we did them but were the second day. The Epcot holiday storytellers weren't out yet either. I think the Osborne lights were up - but you'd need to check the date if you go sooner in the month, as Nov 9th sticks out as a date for one year. That means that they would likely not be out if you're looking at the start of Nov. We went the full week right after t-giving as well - and ALL the lights were fully up by then, the Epcot holiday storytellers were in full force, and the Osborne lights were definitely up by then.
I can't remember the exact dates of either of those trips though and a late/early t-giving could effect those. But if you're looking for any time after t-giving, everything is out regardless of when t-giving falls.
