November Hours

Yikes!! Looks like MK hours are 9am- 8pm for the whole month (except for the MNSSHP and MVMCP nights, when they close at 7, and Thanksgiving day and the weekend after, when they are open til 10).

They were like that last year, also, but they they ended up changing them later. I have my schedule that I made last year in front of me, it was open until 7 or 8 during the week, depending on if there was MVMCP, and then around thanksgiving it was open until 12...and then back to 7 or 8. Most weekends it was open until 11. :goodvibes

Also, I don't know if this will be of any help, but the last 2 years Epcot has been open FW 9-7, WS 11-9 -- and then changing later in the month to FW 9-7, WS 11-9:30. Illuminations is always at the closing time, so when it closed at 9:30 it was at 9:30.

I was going to ask the same question. Our vacation is 193 days away and I want to start planning. So far I have reservations to the Keys to the Kingdom tour and I want to get tickets to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.

Does anyone know when we might see a line-up of events for the Food and Wine Festival?

Thank you

I was wondering about what exactly goes on during the Food and Wine festifal. My husband loves food and I love wine- it should be a perfect match. But I am not sure what we are looking at. I have never been during this time and don't know anything about it!

There are booths with sample sizes of foods from many different countries, more than just the ones that are in the WS. Also you can sample wine from these countries. There are topiaries (sp?) and different landscaping also, when I was there there were these cool little red pepper things planted all over. There is also a concert every night, usually the line up is posted a bit closer to the festival. And finally (though i'm sure there is more!!) there are seminars and special cooking related activities/dinners that you can go to. Again, these will probably be posted closer to the date. The F & W Festival is SO much fun, but, unfortunately, I am an accountant and my company's year end is Aug. 31st, so I can't take vacation in September or October :sad1:

Thanks m kash for the info. You really cleared that up for me. I am really excited to during it this yesr!

No kidding! All I have been doing today at work is looking up the hours, trying to be patient, but I just can't take it much longer!!!!!!:yay:

I've been doing the same thing at work...I kept the Hours window open on my computer all day...and just kept hitting 'F5' every so often...geez, I couldn't concentrate on anything else! Somehow, I did manage to get some work done.

The F&WF is great! I wish I could go but it ends a few days before I am at WDW.:(

I'm assuming that on Nov 15th since the MK will be closing at 7pm, and that's a MVMCP night that the EMH is for that morning. Does that sound right?

I would agree. Obviously EMH can't be in the evening if there is MVMCP. Now if they would just put out the Epcot hours!! Even though they usually don't change too much, I want to be sure, and I have so much planning to do!! :goodvibes

I'm also confused w/the magical hrs - if it is morning or evening. With this being our first trip, I have no idea how to plan the parks. We are most interested in the morning hrs, since we are traveling w/a 4 year old who goes to bed early and wakes up early, however, I would love to catch the MK closing show. Any help would be great....

I'm also going to assume that Nov 11th will be the evening EMH at MK. They seem to have them on Sundays. I'm going to just assume the Epcot hours will be the same as usual.

So does this mean they are not planning on showing Spectromagic on Saturdays in November, or do you think it's an error on their part right now?

Intercot has all the November hours posted on their site already. Wonder where they got them from.

I'll be happy when they're posted here so I can print them out nicely. If you haven't checked hours here before, you can put in the dates of your trip and get the hours just for your trip.

Here's a link to the DIS (aka wdwinfo) page that I mention. The November hours aren't up yet, but if you're looking for an easier format than the one on the Disney website...

Oh I am SO not patient!! They are just torturing us, I think. Like, lets drive these crazy disney people even crazier!! :rotfl:

I hope the "official" hours come out soon. I was able to convince my DH last night to add on an extra night at the Dolphin at the beginning of my trip. We have enough points to pay for 1 night...so it really isn't going to cost any extra. He said he likes my reasoning, LOL!!

Ok they put out all the info except for Epcot? Why are they doing this to us????At least I can plan everything else.

Heres to F5:thumbsup2 it feels like that is all I have been doing

Debbie
