November Free Dining

any word from the cast members to those of you who got through on the phones about why the resorts are so limited with free dining? Mostly what I've seen on the Disney website as available are club level/concierge rooms.

I was able to snag a pool view at Animal Kingdom but was hoping for Wilderness Lodge. Any tips for AK Lodge? Thanks

AK is a beautiful resort. You'll love it! Coffee with the animals right outside your window. Transportation takes a little longer being that the resort is further away, so take that into account. I was hoping to get us set up today at AK, but it seems the website isn't working AGAIN!!

Keep what you have. FD has been out all week. The vultures (me) have snagged the good rooms. It's been slim pickings for the summer too.

I checked availability for our dates (19th-28th) on Sunday night and CSR was WIDE open, but most resorts were already showing slim availability. I'm guessing, like people have said, they offer the rooms that they need to fill, and the rooms already booked don't get FD. I got 2 standard rooms at CSR no problem, actually I had my pick of just about any room there and that's thanksgiving week. But like I said that resort seemed like it had wide open availability before FD.
