NOVEMBER Exercise Challenge

335/2000 minutes.............. alittle better!!!!!!! :cool1:
 
This is what I have done:
1st-30
2nd-45
3rd-35
4th-50
5th-25
6th-60
7th-45
8th-0
9th-50
That brings me to a total of 340/1000 :cheer2: I feel great!
 
60min. on the treadmill again today. Total is 485/1400.
 
Another 70 minutes Wednesday and 55 today put me at 540/1500. We're getting there...

Thank you for all of the warm welcomes ... you are all really a great group of people.

I think I will join now if that is ok ... I know what I've done this week as I really don't stray that much so at least so I can start with that! I think I will challenge myself to 1,200 minutes and see where I land with that.

Monday - 45 min cardio

Tuesday - 45 mins cardio/45 mins weight training

Wednesday - 45 mins cardio

Thursday - 55 mins cardio

So my total is 235/1200

Didn't get any exercise yesterday except yard work, lol, so not counting that.

Today: 60 minutes lifting weights, 30 minutes doing walk/run intervals on the treadmill. Total for November: 550/1200
(almost halfway there and it's only November 10th!) :banana:
 
I was off to an awesome start but spent last week essentially asleep all week and then got some really wonderful news this week. There is no way I am going to be able to make my goal. I found out that I am pregnant. :cloud9: I am not going to stop exercising but I am going to only do what my body allows me to do each day. :)
 
Congratulations, Beth! Just do what feels right for BOTH of you! Doesn't mean that you can't keep active, though, unless the docs tell you otherwise. Have a happy, healthy pregnancy!
 
Please add another 25 minutes for me, I didn't get to the gym, but I got a good workout raking leaves for my mom.

Have a six miler tomorrow, so wanted to post this first. I forgot to post the 30 minutes strength training on Tuesday, then NOTHING until today with 60 minutes of strength training.
 
OK - I'm back with 75 minutes of walking and gardening - digging those weeds is good exercise!!! Ouch...

Total now 455/1000
 
Tuesday walked 80 minutes Wednesday walked 80 minutes Thursday walked 50 minutes and Friday walked 30 minutes400/950 :stitch: :stitch: :stitch: :stitch:
 
Add another 60 mins for me. Should bring me up to 350/700 now.
