Well, I'm going to make October, BARELY, so if no one objects, I'll do the NOVEMBER hosting as well. If anyone else wants to, feel free to jump right in!! You won't hurt my feelings!!

I have never joined an exercise challenge thread, could you tell me what goes on? Do people set their own goals, or is there a goal that everyone has to reach? I have exercised every weekday morning for the last 6 months, vacation and pouring rainy days nonwithstanding, and would be interested in joining the challenge.
 
Yes, I'm in for November, thanks Goldcupmom! I'll try for 1000 this time - I made October with lots to spare, so I'm hoping November will be the same!!

I'm in for another month! I'm finding I like this exercise stuff -- and it's been a good stress reliever since work's been insane lately.
Please put me down for 1500 minutes. (100 fewer for me, I know, but hey, there's one less day in the month, and one of the month's days is Thanksgiving! :blush: )

Please sign me up for 1200. I don't know if I can make it since I am in a wedding this month, but I had a great October challlenge.
 
Thanks goldcupmom! I'd like to join this month. I missed being in the October challenge so I'd like to give this month a whirl. I will be away for the last week of the month, but I'll do my best until then. Please put me down for 1400 minutes. Thank you!!
 
This will be a refocus month for me. Please put me down for 2500 minutes please. I am now working out in the morning for 45 minutes, going to 4 aquafit classes a week (50 minutes each) and 60 minutes on the treadmill. I need a swift kick to get back in shape!

Sign me up too! :thumbsup2 I've never done a challenge before and not sure all thats required. But Im thinking I just need to set a goal and work towards it, right? Since this is my first one, Im not going to set it too high. So sign me up for 700.

otto's doll: what a great track record for exercising!! Just pick how many minutes you want to shoot for this month and post it, then keep track of it as you continue with your great progress.

I am so happy I finally met my exercise goal in October, after participating in these challenges for several months. I will up my goal for this month. I think I'll shoot for 650 minutes.
