I can't believe October is almost over & November is knocking at the door.

Since none of us wants to be a stuffed Turkey, it's time to MOVE!!!!

I'm in for 1500 again. How about you????

Put me down for 450 minutes. I know it is not a lot but I am still hurting from the shingles and I don't know what I can really do yet. Maybe I can surprise myself

Put me down for 1000. I have high hopes that November won't have as many obstacles as October did! I didn't think I was going to make my minutes in October. Talk about PANIC!!!
 

I'm doing a couple race events in November, and that always throws off my exercise times due to pre-event rest periods. So, let's say 1200 minutes for me.

11/24................75 minutes
11/28................80 minutes

I always do this and fail so this time let's start small. 500 minutes for November. I should be able to do that if I start getting some consistency. That is what this challenge is about - to make me exercise until it becomes part of my daily routine.

I can do it and it will be a nice incentive and habit to take into the holiday season. I hate to take the time to exercise and then blow all my hard work by overeating.

Let's get moving!

I am not new to WISH but I thought that I would get more involved. :banana: I saw this exercise challenge before and have decided I need to join in the FUN! :yay: Could someone just PM on what I do next? I assume right here I post how many minutes of exercise I goal to this month.

Ok, here it goes.....1000 minutes!! Can't wait to see how everybody does...:woohoo:

For everyone new here, just keep track of your minutes exercise, & update your totals periodically on the thread (ie. I'm at 230/1000). I will then calculate the percentages & update the list in the first post.

I made my October goal of 1000, so I'm going to be daring and bump November's exercise goal to 1200!! :crazy:

Julie - thanks toe doing this . I would like to get in for 1000 min. Need to try and lose some weight before going to Hawaii to see my daughters in December.
 
Oh I wanted to get into this last month but by the time I joined and discovered WISH it was almost the end of the month! Put me in for 1000! :banana:

I am on vacation (in Disney!) right now, so my exercise will be a little less this month. I am in for 1500 this time around!
 
I spent 3.5 hours raking and hauling leaves up over the hill. I'm at 210/1000 for the month
 
I WAYYYYYY over estimated last month - so I need to be more realistic this month but push myself too - I want to keep this committment! I'm in for 700 this month. Thanks!
