I am looking to take my family ro Disney world around the 2nd week of November. Will any discounts be offered since the free dininh dates have changed?

I hope so too - since my salary is now unemployment, until I can get back to work
We dipped into our Disney Fund to pay for some necessitates :headache:

With all the pent up demand im not sure Disney will need to offer a deal

Pent up demand is simply a fallacy within these forums. Infectious disease experts are expecting the virus to stick around, and many predict a second large outbreak this fall. Whether that happens or not doesn’t matter — it will scare many people into not traveling this year, especially to a crowded place like WDW. And let’s not forget the tens of millions of households who will be trying to rebuild their finances.

Airlines have extended their insanely cheap airfares through the summer. Disney is probably already panicking over its summer bookings. I expect that if you’re comfortable traveling to WDW later this year, you’ll score big discounts but you’ll have to be patient.
