I'm beginning to look for tickets for November or December!! I'm wanting to go during the Christmas time for the decorations and the Very Mickey Christmas Party. When do the best dels go out for this time? We went recently in February and we booked a great deal at the end of December. I just do not want to wait that long since ticket for the Christmas party could get gone. Any suggestions?

Hi there!

We are going on Thanksgiving and staying through the first week of December. If you have secured your lodging at a good deal, you are ahead of the game. I think I have read that on-site discounts won't be released until later this summer.

We just booked our flights to/from and I'm pretty happy with them. Just about $100 more than our last trip to WDW in September/October 2011, so I can live with it.

We are staying a short time on-site, but we rented a house off-site because we have a larger family and want everyone to have their own room.

I've read that you don't need to buy your tickets super early unless you are planning to go to MVMCP right around Christmas.

You have a lot of time before discounts will be available for late Nov/ early Dec. They just announced the discounts for late summer this week! According to Mousesavers.com, package deals for that time period were announced in July and the room-only discounts were not announced until late Aug. in 2012.

No need to worry about MVMCP selling out just yet. The tickets just went on sale on May 1.

We are going in December again. We are staying off site since we could not afford to go if we stayed onsite for 11 nights. I booked through Priceline for Hotel and Airfare- very cheap right now! Plus I bought all my tickets through Undercover Tourist -which is way below prices at the parks and park's websites online. We got a great savings from them, plus the price upfront is including tax and shipping! I opened a Disney visa card in Feb and the deal was charge $500 on the card in the first 3 months and receive a $200 Disney Gift card- so I used the $200 to pay for the tickets to MVMCP- which was more or less free for us! Good Luck in planning! We will be there Dec 4-15! Can't wait!
