Is anyone interested in a quick meet and greet? We will be there from 11th-14th in the parks.

I'm popping in so late it would probably be too late to set something up. PM me with a good time and I will try to check back in.

We've just booked a super-last-minute trip!!!!!! I can't believe it's really happening, but we will be spending Nov. 16 - 22 at the Paradise Pier in a standard concierge room!

Now I only have a week to plan! I can't wait!

Yay!!! Only two more sleeps I will have my LGMH attached to my cinch sack. Hope to meet some of you when we are there!

Today I booked the hotel and flights (not easy). Tomorrow I tackle dining! Of course, we want to see WOC. My first priority will be to see if we can get Ariel's or WCT for that (not holding my breath). We love Carnation Cafe (for breakfast and lunch) and Big Thunder Ranch BBQ, and will probably do Cafe Orleans. We're pretty flexible about dining times, so should be okay with those. We're mainly counter service people. Since we're staying at PPH, we do want to try PCH Grill for dinner.

I still can't believe that I am thinking about these things. It's really happening!

I'll have my LGMH too! It would be so much fun to meet some fellow disboarders!

Good luck getting things pulled together! Maybe we will see you there too!

Well just an update for those who commented on my flight dramas! I got a call from Qantas at 2.45pm yesterday (sydney time) saying we were put on the earlier flight which is great!

so we are now at Sydney Airport waiting for our flight after a false start with the trains - fly out at 11.50am sydney time and will arrive in LA at 6.15am so the holiday has started and after feeling a lot of tension i now feel fab

I just called and booked Ariel's Grotto WOC dining for next Thursday, the 18th! I was so surprised that they still had availability!

Now I have to read through all the WOC threads and study up on what I need to do to ensure a good viewing spot!

We have arrived here at Hojos - another drama our bags werent loaded on our flight so they are arriving on our original flight and we will have them this arvo.

Was shocked when we arrived at Hojos and our room was ready! we are in Building 1 on the 1st floor

Our flight leaves in 6 hours and I am dying!!!! Packed, ready to go, just waiting for school to be out. The weather looks BEAUTIFUL for the next four days and I am thrilled!

Plane leaves in about 6 1/2 hours I am interested in a meet if one gets set up in the parks from 11/11 to 11/14. As many times as I have been to DLR this is such an exciting trip as doing a lot for the first time:

1) WOC
2) Ariel's Grotto
3) ElecTRONica & laserman
4) Tangled greet and meet
5) Holiday time at DLR, including
6) IASW holiday
7) Christmas Parade
8) Christmas fireworks & snow
9) Holiday tour

I also hope to see the Flag retreat tomorrow. While I have seen this before, I have not seen it on Veteran's Day which will make it even more meaningful. Have a great trip everyone!

It's like when you are at the airport waiting for your flight home, and as your plane arrives at the gate, you get to watch all the happy people come bouncing off to excitedly begin their vacations. Definitely a bummer!

We're leaving after work on 11/23 and staying at the Paradise Pier. Heading home on 11/27. A trip to check out the holiday decorations with DH, DS and DS's friend.

Heading back down 12/3 until 12/5 for the AP sale.

There's no reason not to go to the Happiest Place on Earth often when I have an AP.

You could do Goofy's Kitchen for breakfast then head to Princess Fantasy Fair for the princesses. Along with Goofy, I've seen Peter Pan, The Mad Hatter, Baloo, Chip & Dale, Aladdin, and Minnie.
