I am all for those warmer temperatures! I don't like the change from 70's to 30's at all. At least we are going to WDW in a few weeks so I can hope for some warmer temps! We had them last year so I hope we can have a repeat this year!

One year to go sounds great! It is so much fun planning! I am really looking forward to meeting everyone. We had a wonderful time with the group we met from the DisBoard on the Mediterranean Cruise.

The town I live in is called Mount Holly. According to the map we are west of Point Pleasant almost in a straight line. We are 12 miles from Ft Dix and McGuire AFB if you are familiar with that area. We appear to be a 45 min ride from Point Pleasant or 42 miles. We are 25 miles from Phila and can be at the airport, if the traffic is light, in about 30 to 40 minutes. Mount Holly is the county seat of Burlington County. I think you are considered Ocean County, but I'm not sure.
This will be our third cruise, our second with Disney and we love it.

sgtslovak I'm with you with regards to the cold. I guess the cold is finally here to stay and I must say with all the warm weather we had for such a long time, I'm not happy about it being cold. I live about 20 miles south of Trenton and I have had frost on my car almost every night since right before Halloween. I dislike scraping frost off of the windows.
It is so exciting to think that one year from now we'll be on our vacation. Can't wait. I have fallen head over heels with cruising with Disney. Everything is so nice and clean and that is a priority with me.
While I'm here I want to say welcome to all the new comers and can't wait to meet on board. I know you will enjoy the cruise.
Note to 4cogscruizin we were also on the cruise in Nov with you. Hopefully we met at the dis meeting the day we boarded and if so you are no doubt in the group pictures that everyone was taking. As I told Pandamom we came with faireygodmother's group of 23. See ya soon!!

Hi everyone! We just talked another family into going with us. WOW only 360 days until we are on are way. Luckily we are going to get our Disney fix this weekend. We are going to show up and noon on Friday at our D/D school and drive them down to Disneyland. They have no idea. Disneyland is doing this great thing all Firefighters get in free for three days and then I can buy cheaper tickets for my family. They are thanking all the California Firefighters for what we did a few weeks ago when we had all the bad Wildland fires. Well have a great day and talk with you all soon.

4cogscruzin there was just me and my husband. I think I've seen you on the Double Dip Thread from the 11 Nov 2006 Cruise. If you know of faireygodmother (Dee) than that is the group we came with. We were 23 strong and we all sat together for our meals. Our servers were great. Never had to wait for anything. Our group was large, but the service was right on the money. Now there was another big group that came in from North Jersey, but we were not part of them.
I am really excited about this trip since I was able to talk my son and his fiance into going with us on the Nov cruise. He is 27. It will be fun knowing that both my stepson and son will be on the cruise with us.

Mimi's girl we will have to keep in touch so that we make sure we find each other to at least say hi! Same to you 4cogscruzin we have to at least meet for a few minutes to chat!

I am so glad we are under a year. It seems like after the one year hump it goes faster as each month passes.

Hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving. I have been busy putting up Christmas trees, believe it or not. My goal, one in every room! So far I have two rooms to go!. That will be the job for after Thanksgiving and then I can start packing for WDW and finish Christmas shopping!!

I always think I will shop while I am there, but I always find too much I want for me and this is not the time of year to shop for me!!

We really are worn out from yard work yesterday....leaves, leaves, and more leaves! I think every bone in my body aches today! For that one reason I may be glad for winter! The only reason!

Since I will be starting to cook Thanksgiving Dinner for the 33rd time I know I will be busy so I want to wish everyone a great Turkey Day.
If you're driving do it safely and watch out for the other guy.
Don't eat to much or you won't be able to get into all those clothes you have planned to wear for any future DCL trips.
And most of all be thankful for what you have and say a prayer for our troops overseas wherever they may be.

I'm not one for going to the movies anymore and I am soooooo hoping that "Enchanted" will be one of the movies they show in the Theatre on board next November. I saw Cars and it was so cute that we had to buy the DVD. Hope everyone had a great Turkey Day and didn't eat to much. I know we had plenty of leftovers. I just seem to make to much every year. don't know how I do it. Well, we November 8 2008 cruisers are under the year mark. Now I'm starting to get excited, but also need to realize that will still have some time to go. Eventually I think that this thread will get bigger as some of the people going on this cruise are on another thread getting all excited for their cruise next week on the Wonder! Well let me run have a few things to do today and want to start them early. Note: I found this out from a reliable source, Sarah who is on the other thread, that this is new for the Castaway Club Members :
