Well, I can tell you where my DH spends his afternoons - in the pool - just stands (or treads water) drinking his beer. And, upon occasion, he gets out and sits in the hot tub and then back into the pool. You are most welcome to join him - he will be the one with a can of beer, his DVC hat and his glasses on!

MUCH better weather today. Grey through North and south Carolina but no rain. 60's finally in SC then the sun came out and by the Florida border it was sunny and 71. I LOVE IT!

We have never before been upgraded and didn't expect one this time. However, Donna just got a call saying we have been upgraded. Our room number was 6060 and now we will be in 8060. We will put it on Bob's door also but wanted to catch everyone who has not left yet.

All packed and wishing we could leave today.

We are now in 7542.

We had been in 7506 ( I think) which was right at the front of the ship and had a porthole cabin.

I sent you an email last week when I got the cruise mates list from Kathy, because I saw that you were listed in room #6060 and we were upgraded to that same room. I thought it was an amazing coincidence! Congrats on your upgrade!

This "getting up to no good" could include such shenanigans as egging on the characters to do nutty things; poor Goofy had a train of kids following him around the Liberty Tavern at WDW, sliding across the floor on chairs...

Or standing around in the pool with sandwiches and/or beer could be quite likely also.

If left without female supervision, he could even be found sneaking into back areas of the ship to check out wiring and satellite systems...

I checked DCL website and we r still in the same cabin but I am so ok with that. Hope everyone is having a good night. We are ready ready for this cruise and so ready to tell Nathan.

Is it just me or are the days passing by like snails?

Traci...work is making the day drag like a snail but not enough time at night to get stuff done.

I'm 90% done but dragging my feet along the way. I keep writing the list and I've lost it 4 times already...I've lost my mind...hopefully I find it before the boat leaves the dock.

Hope everyones Monday went well.....Now 1 day closer to our cruise.

Hey everyone,
We are finally here, we spent two days in the Keys, that was interesting to say the least. We spent very little time in Key West. We had no idea that this was the weekend for fantasy fest. Now I am sitting here in our timeshare waiting for a load of laundry to get done, everyone else has been in bed for a while now. We spent today at Sea World, the weather was great!! Tomorrow, we plan to go on the airboat ride, as long as Dan is up to it. Right now he is down with a migrane. So we shall see. We may just spend the day lazing around. Anyway, just wanted to check in with everyone.

I tried to get some packing done but DD had other plans. My goal is to do it tomorrow. One good thing off my list though---I finished my Scrapbook Pages!!! Now I'm ready except for packing.

Good Morning! Day shift, Checking in! TOO DARN EARly! It's really hard to find something to do that's quiet and non disruptive to my dh who is still sleeping sweetly a few feet away. I tried so hard to stay up later last night. Made it until 9:15, big whoop.

Today, I will go to the scrapbook store (WOOHOO!) for a big 'stock up' since we don't have one at home. Out and about sightseeing with my dear cousin. the "World of Golf" has free open hours from 3 - 6 today, so, since we don't golf or have any interest in it, we'll take advantage of the 'free' hours to go see the Bob Hope exhibit.

Then we're going to some Asian place for dinner where I will have Pad Thai. YUM. Is it on my eating plan? I have no idea, but i'm having it anyway!!!!

Last night, we ate at my cousin's house - his wife is an excellent cook - had cabbage rolls. Very yummy. must get the recipe.

PS. Vickie, are you going airboating with "Wild Willie"? He was THE BEST! lol.

Good morning everyone. Ben and Kristie came to dinner last night so not much in the way of cruise prep went on but they did bring me another suitcase in case I need it as well as the Aero bed so I don't have to sleep on the floor at Nick and Cara's Thursday night.

Hopefully tonight I can get the two cases that I started zipped for the last time and start on the carryons.

You probably walked right past my Dad several times. He works in Guest Services at Sea World. Glad to hear you made it safely to Florida.

This is way too early for me to be up, but my ecotourism exam requires a bit more studying.

Everybody have a safe trip down here, the weather is beautiful. It finally stopped being in the mid 90's so we can breathe.
