Hi everyone,

Tim had his surgery yesterday and did well. We are still waiting for the pathology reports to get back. But hopefully we are in the clear. He is doing well and will go home from the hospital today. Thank you everyone for being such a great dis family. I really needed and appreciated the support.

Hope everyone is doing well. Shauna did you get our money the in mail yet?

So glad that Tim's surgery went well and will pray for a good pathology report. to all of you.

Well, today will be a 'clean the back hall' day. It is a mess to say the least. DH seems to think he should collect coats and never thow them out - you never know when you may need a 15 year old coat that you have not worn in 10 years! Hopefully I won't find anything that old of mine although I do know there are some items back there that need to go.

So, take care everyone and have a great day. Linda - safe travels to Boston and have fun. That is one of my favorite cities - although I would never drive there.

We never did set a price range - kinda irrelevant, I guess.

We decided to make 10 pages/or page kits each - just in case there was some late joiners, so yes, Melody, you will be welcome! I'll hunt up the more explicit instructions in a minute.

I think I would like to join I don't know what's open for pages, I can see what some people have chosen, but there are two others who have not said what they are doing, I'd hate to have duplicates. Let me know, and I'll see what I can do. Thanks.

cold and foggy again this morning, but they say 65 and sunny later today

Hope to finish my FE gifts by tomorrow.
Greg is working at the home show today so wont be home until late. That gives me extra time to get them done. He will be doing that all weekend.

I haven't picked my topic yet, so Melody, go ahead and pick yours and I'll be sure not to duplicate. I was kind of thinking a generic cruise page would be good and then everyone can use it for whatever they need. In all honesty, I just haven't had time to figure out my page yet.

I just checked the status on the wristbands. They were shipped from the factory yesterday, so I'll let you know when I get them--sometime next week. When I receive payment in the mail, I'll pm you. (Traci, I haven't gotten yours yet, but will let you know when it comes--maybe today).

Hope everyone has a wonderful Friday! I had a stamp class last night, so that takes one thing off my list. It is nice that I don't have anything that HAS to be done today, so maybe I'll work on my FE gifts.

Howdy all,

just checking in this afternoon to see if anything was happening here.
Pretty quiet for a friday.

Our fog is gone and the sun is shinning nicely and its 60 degrees, YEAH!! Hope it warms up a bit more.

I have walked the dogs twice, done laundry, done the dishes, work on Fe gifts and made a couple of call today, so at least I accomplished something today.

I am progressing on the back hall. We have been through it and filled a few trash bags so now just to get the floor cleaned/mopped and put back together again and another good job! Next weekend will be the front closet.

Tomorrow is FE day for us. Oh boy - but I think David will help so that is good.

Hey, hey, hey....THE WRISTBANDS CAME TODAY!!!

So, I checked the status this morning and saw that they had shipped yesterday. I thought that meant I'd get them towards the middle of next week. The original estimate was Oct 21. Anyway, the company I ordered from is also in Utah, so the shipping took no time at all! I picked this particular company because they had the best colors, sizes, and prices --it is just a bonus that they are only a couple of hours away.

Anyway, I'll be getting them addressed and to the post office tomorrow (for all those that I've received payment on). I've pm'd everyone who I have received checks from so far, so if you haven't heard from me, I haven't gotten your check or paypal yet.

And I was just thinking that I had nothing that HAD to be done today--looks like I was wrong.

I'm just glad they came early, so we won't be cutting it too close for those who are leaving early. DD woke up from her nap too soon, so we'll be heading out to get the envelopes now. Too bad I didn't get the extra quiet time, but now we can get the errands done.

Welcome Mel and family. Sorry I am late on this. I have been MIA with getting married and my husbands surgery. I hope to get back into the swing of things soon. I miss my daily chats with everyone. It keeps me sane.

I am sitting around with Tim today as he is recouping and will try to get some things done for the cruise since Nate is gone with his dad this weekend.

Today I hope to finish up my FE gifts. Greg will be leaving soon to work at the home show so its just me and the pups. That gives me extra time to work on them.

Happy Saturday!

I had a March of Dimes conference call this morning and then went to my mom's to make applesauce. She was so nice and had already started it for me. DH took the wristbands to the Post Office, so start checking your mailboxes next week. Now that the 38 quarts of applesauce are done I can hopefully get to other things on my to do list.

It snowed here this afternoon - wet and didn't stick but it lasted about an hour. The sun is back out again now thank heaven. And, on that note, I started changing out my summer clothes for fall and winter stuff - of course leaving some items out for the cruise. I am sort of in the midst of that fun task.

DH made a pot of chili and is watching football so maybe I will go join him.
