The wedding is at 4PM!! We are so excited!!
QUOTE=LovesToRun;43138730]Thanks for all the birthday wishes to Tyler, everyone!! I can't believe my first born is 11 years old.... boy, time really does fly!!
I just got back from the boy's school and dropped off cookies in Tyler's class for Tyler's birthday.
Happy Birthday, Sean!!! That is cute they announce his name over the school intercom! Our kid's school is too big to do something like that... So, the teachers just celebrate in the classroom.
Well, we're 90% packed. I just have to throw some things in the suitcases today. Ryan has basketball practice after school today until 6 PM, so after his practice, we'll head straight to the airport hotel we're staying at tonight!
Today, I'm getting a massage (it's a therapeutic massage I go in to get about every 3 weeks for my ankle, and I timed it to get the massage just before our trip so all next week, my ankle HOPEFULLY should not give me any troubles!!

This particular kind of massage really promotes circulation, so it's great for people with joint problems....) and speaking of this, I always laugh when we fly because ever since my ankle injury, my ankle is more prone to swelling now (not really obvious to others, but to me, it's obvious), and so when I fly, I have to wear compression socks!!

I call them my "granny" socks... but boy, do they EVER make a difference!! When I get off the plane, my feet and ankles are not swollen at all... where as even before my ankle injury, my feet and ankles would swell on flights (I think that happens to everyone). But, compression socks... they do the trick! And, it saves my ankle, too!
After my massage, I'm getting my hair cut, and THEN I come home and have 2 hours before the kids get home from school, and that is when I'm going to finish the last minute packing. Then, pick up the kids at 3 PM, they come home for 30 minutes, and then Tyler goes to after school tutoring (he gets tutored at a GREAT place called Huntington Learning Center... they are all over the country), and Ryan goes to basketball practice... and DH and I have to meet with the director at Huntington to see how Tyler's doing.
Then, pick up Tyler at 5:45, pick up Ryan at 6:00, and then we head south on I-5 to the airport.... we are staying at a Double Tree tonight... then our flight leaves at 8:30 AM tomorrow morning!
Woo Hoo!!!!

Happy & safe travels to those who are leaving today!
No, no particular day the FE gift exchange is... you just put the gifts in the FE any time you want during the cruise. So, this way, there will most likely be something in your FE each day.
Sorry we'll miss you at the meet and greet, but I bet you're getting excited about the wedding!!! We'll have to stop by deck 8 to see your wedding!!! What time does the wedding start??
Well, the good news is that no matter what you bring or don't bring in your suitcase, you still be on the ship... once you get on the ship, the things you may have forgotten suddenly won't matter much!
Good luck!!
Ok, everyone!! Can't wait to meet you all.... see you all at 3 PM on Saturday! Wow, can't believe it's practically here!
