We were planning a Sept WDW trip, but thanks to a change in DH's deadline at work, that got shot out of the water. I was thinking we just weren't going to do anything this year, but he texted me the link to this Galveston special.....and we're booked! It will be myself, DH, DS (14), and DD (7) on our very first cruise! I added us to the shared document as well. I already told DS, but I think we're going to try to surprise DD!

Hi guys! I just have to sneak in another Disney cruise before they pull out of Galveston completely! My mom and I will be joining you on the November 30th sailing. We did the Magic out of Galveston back in February with stops at Port Canaveral, Key West and Castaway Cay. So fun!

Welcome!! We also did a magic cruise to cc, port canarveral, and key west! It was fun! Key west had record breaking rain when we were there(We cruise April 26th!) we're going to have a great cruise on the wonder!!

hi all,
We just booked our Nov 30 trip! There are 3 cabins with my group. 1 with a 5 year old, 1 with a 5/7 year old girl/boy, and grandparents in the 3rd. We haven't been assigned a cabin yet.
It's not our first Disney cruise (well, it's our second) but it is my first time on DIS and am so interested in joining the Fish Extender for this cruise. I'm not sure how to get on the list, but am hoping someone gives me some details?

As for FE list, you will just add your names. Don't worry about not having your room numbers. Please put Children's ages by their name, that way we know the kids from the adults, and what age range of gifts to get! It is a lot of fun and thats what it is all about! I feel it makes the trip extra special! I like to do a little bit of everthing for my gifts. I like to make home made gifts, but I also like giving people things from my (Close to my) Hometown!

Does anyone know if the Toy Story characters do a meet and greet since they do the TS Live show. Have a five year old who would love to meet them.

I can't say for sure that toy story characters came out... Bt I'm pretty sure they did... We got off the magic in May, and they had a bug farewell party... All of the actors and characters were out and taking pictures! So if nothing else... They should be out during the last evening! The Andy that was on the Wonder last April was so tall... He could have been freighting to the kids. Sitting in my seat I swear he was at least 7ft tall. He was almost as tall sad the Rex!

We are too! We booked this cruise just so we could see the ship decorated for Christmas! We actually originally had the Dec 14 cruise out of Galveston booked, but then they changed the port destinations on us, so we switched to this one.

We were a little worried that going November 30 might be too early for the decorations and were so relieved when we saw Disney's announcement!

I can't believe that we can start booking excursions on September 1. Can anyone in our group book sooner than this?

Hi there! Another family of four joining in. We just did the caribean cruise this exact time last year on the Magic and my kids can't stop talking about it! So, when we heard they were leaving Galveston, we signed up again. I'm looking forward to the addition of Jamaica. Anyone eyeing any particular excursion there?

Welcome to the group! We are excited about Jamaica! We had friends that just came home from a carnival cruise to Jamaica and carnival told them all about how disney is viewed at the princess ship there. We have the best docking place, and get a lot better treatment than any other cruise line!! Can't wait to see!! I know a few people our group will be doing the bob sleds!
