Thanks for the warm welcome! I've done a Disney cruise, but my kids haven't and neither have my parents. It's been a while since I did one too so I'll probably have some questions! The thing I love about the DIS is all the great folks you can meet.

Isn't it amazing how Disney can bring so many people together? We have a friendly group on the Resorts Board that has become my family. They participated in my baby watch last year when my little princess refused to evacuate my body.

My new feat is going to be getting my mom to forget about the concordia.

LOL! My family has been so blessed to cruise with our DIS friends in 2009 and will get to cruise with most of them this year on this cruise. We have also been blessed to have them visit our home on vacation. Our friends from here can never be replaced.


I shake my head when I think about that. Disney would have just never allowed that to happen. And now, they are saying that there were a bunch of people on the ship that weren't registered. I can't even imagine. That's one reason that I won't cruise with anyone other than DCL!

Hey there, everyone!!!!!

We actually booked a few months ago. This will be our 3rd Disney Cruise (the other 2 were on the Magic). It will be me, Scott, my DW Mollie, and DD Samantha (will be 2 at cruise time.... and her 1st Disney Cruise!!!!). My in-laws will be sailing with us as well. I don't believe their room is anywhere near ours. And we don't plan on doing EVERYTHING together. But it'll be nice to sit with people we know at dinner (I believe that'll happen ).

And if anyone is familiar with my hobby, I'm sure you'll be seeing me out and about with my trusty sidekick (a.k.a. camera).

Also, here's a little Photo Trip Report I did back in 2009. I've been trying to do more and more of these, so hopefully the Fantasy one will be a little more in-depth.

But since we live in Orlando, and are always at Disney, our little Staycations there aren't too action packed. We really just take it easy. So having a lot of new things on our plate will be fun to write about.
