**November 2025 Check-In Thread!**

Just officially booked a getaway for my spouse and myself for 11/5-11/9 by purchasing park tickets. Staying at Holiday Inn Express on reward points, and flying in on Southwest points.
Cautiously optimistic we can make it - it has been a long few years and really looking forward to an escape.

Oh gosh November people! Big Thunder is reopening on November 23rd!

This is good and bad for us...good because now we can ride it but bad because it opens the day before our last day in the parks so we only get to ride it one out of three of our days
This makes me seriously want to reconsider our plans. We currently have this:
park day

rest day
park day

wondering if we should take a rest day on our 2nd day to get two days of Big Thunder!!

I'm so happy to hear it's opening the 23rd! That's our first day at the park. Makes me wonder how many will change plans to be there that day though to ride it like you're pondering. You will probably want the break after 2 days at the park. I guess it depends on how much you want to ride it.

We pivoted

We are now spending one day in the parks and then taking a rest day…
This will allow us to hit it hard the first day and then take a break
Then our last two days will be Big Thunder filled!
It’s one of our faves, we tend to ride it a lot. Thinking of just one day with it made us sad

All offerings, experiences and collectible souvenirs are subject to change without notice. Valid theme park admission and park reservation are required and not included in the price of the tour.
