I am having SUCH a hard time this year for some reason trying to plan (November 10 to 18). I've found myself creating numerous spreadsheets in anticipation of booking my ressies next week at 180 days out, but can't seem to find a good scenerio. Trying to get as much as the food and wine festival in before it's over without boring the kiddos, the MVMCP, and HOPING to snag a lunch/dinner ressie at Cinderella's Royal Table (which I hear is impossible). Anyone have any suggestions/tips? Any restaurants that would suffice in the event I can't get CRT?

We are there the week before you. I know I want to do RD (we arrive about 10 minutes before park opening, not 45-60 like others on the board do) once at every park and an evening/night at each park. Since it's F&W and we are staying at BWV I added extra Epcot nights. DHS is DD's favorite park and I want to see JBJM which usually starts around 11/8 so I did another evening at DHS. I picked MVMCP to be sort of a rest day and ending the trip with 4 parks one day.

I would check touring plans or mouse dining to see about getting CRT. I think TP charges a fee to search for ADRs but mouse dining is free. I've only used MD and have had success with getting Ohana and BOG. Just be prepared to book your ADR as soon as you get the text, if you wait, you won't get it. It's not a guarantee that something in your date/time will open up but it's a better try. Also you just have to be diligent on the disney app/site to book ADRs. For our last trip, I got two more hard to get ones by checking about 5-10x per day. When I'd wait on the kids in the car, I'd check, before I'd go to bed, I'd check, just got to be diligent. You may get lucky. If you can't get CRT and the kids want to see princesses, you can do 1900 Park Fare at GF for dinner, that's Cinderalla, Prince Charming, her stepmother and step sisters, and it's a lot of fun. Fairly good food. You could also do Akerhaus in Epcot but I'm not a fan of that food. And then there's the bon voyage breakfast at Tratorria (at the Boardwalk) with Rapunzel and Flynn, and I think Ariel and Prince Eric. Haven't eaten there but it's on my list.

If you want to stay in MK and book an ADR in place of CRT, I like Liberty Tree Tavern a lot but no princesses there. Food is a la carte or family style if you choose that and it's pretty good. The toffee cake is awesome. Depending on your touring plans for that day, you could skip the dinner ADR at MK, make LTT a late lunch and when you leave LTT the parade will be passing by there around 2:30-3:00pm or so, not 100% sure on exact time but we had a 2:45pm late lunch there and our table was right next to the window so we could sort of see the parade BUT the window glass is wavy to make it look like it's from the 1800s so it's not a very good view. But when you leave you can watch it pass by from the steps in front of LTT.
