Hi all :flower3:,

We FINALLY have our next DL trip in the works (mid march next year).

We haven't been at this time of year before (only summer and Halloween time). Do you have any tips for us regarding the timing? I know it's around Spring Break time...

And any idea when booking/pricing will become available for then?

Our last trip was in November of 2014 so I'm wondering what has changed since then. I know some of the obvious stuff off the top of my head:
  • Frozen at Hyperion
  • Soarin' round the world
  • Luigi's
  • More expensive...
And as I understand it everything 60th Celebration will have been and gone.

So just after any helpful tips/insight. Thank you in advance.

It's going to be our first trip since bub too! Could not be more excited to take him:mickeyjum

BriannaRuth has been putting together a list of things that have changed since the summer of 2014.

Regarding timing, the earlier in March you go, the less likely you are to run into Spring Break crowds. Easter is late this year, so the SoCal and SoCal Select blockouts don't start until early April. The trade-off is that you might experience reduced entertainment and shorter park hours if you go because Spring Break Season starts (probably sometime in mid-March).

If rumors are correct Tower of Terror will be gone. It will be being converted to Guardians of the Galaxy and will still be down.

Also, Fantasmic will still be down, rovers of America, boats and Tom sawyer island will prob still be down.

The whole back part of frontierland still down/gone for star wars land construction.

According to the rumor (and note that it is still just a rumor), the physical attraction will remain the same, but it's going to be re-themed. So the Twilight Zone story line is going to be replaced by a Guardian of the Galaxy story line.
