I know it's a while away but we have decided to go to DLP in November 2013 to celebrate DH's 40th and to take the DD who will be 3 by then. The prices are already out - should we book it now or wait to see if the prices go down?

Also, we are going to go by Eurostar, if we book as soon as the timetable is released will we get the tickets cheaper?

for the eurostar, definatley book as soon as you can.

as for booking disney now im not too sure. if your happy with the price then book it i suppose but theres always the danger of a better offer coming along between now and nov 2013.

i booked this years holiday a year in advance because i was happy with the price. i then spent the next year continuously price checking and i think i would have saved about £50 if i had waited but then the eurostar was a heck of a lot dearer nearer my departure date so it was neither here nor there in price in the end.

If you call Eurostar, they will call you back when your dates become available to buy. This is much sooner than they are available on the web, so you ar more likely to get a better price.

As for booking disney, I would definitely wait for a deal, but once you see a price that you are happy to pay, book it. And there is sometimes the opportunity to upgrade if a better offer comes along, so long as your 'new booking' is of the same or greater value. Others have upgraded hotel, and added meal packages to their booking, and paid very little extra. This does seem to depend on which cast member you speak to when trying to upgrade though.

Book Eurostar ASAP. As for Disney, wait there will almost certainly be 40 - 50% off deals between now and then which can lower cost dramatically.

Ooh snap!we're going for DH 40th but have decided on September to go rather than wait for his birthday in Nov!its working out a little cheaper too!

I'd wait before booking the Disney part. I was wondering the same last year, but the early bird offer wasn't that good. Then the Christmas dates disappeared from the booking site altogether for a while, and when they came back in early Summer they had 'pay for 2 nights and get 2 free', and '2 nights 1 free', and shortly after that there was the 40% that I eventually booked on. Very glad I waited I'd go for the Eurostar as soon as you're 100% set on dates, though!
