you can... if you choose not too get your own luggage and use ME luggage services- put the yellow tags on ALL your luggage, they will handle it...no need to even go to baggage claim

if you choose to get your own luggage and use ME to get to your resort -get your bags and head to the bus...do NOT put the yellow tags on it(at home)

We always use ME and LOVE IT! OUr luggage is always waiting in the room for us in the evening when we return!:goodvibes

Yay! Awesome....less that I have to worry about and less time in the airport. I love that!!:banana:

hen you get your ME stuff in the mail (about 30 days out) make sure all the names of everyone in your party are on the little ticket things and if you dont have enough luggage tages, you can call and get more. I always do anyway. You never know! :rolleyes1
LOL last year they left me off of the ME tickets and I had to call and get them to add me! Speaking of that, I have to call disney right now and add our flight DOH! LOL

Our Narrator is Isabella Rossellini. I have heard she is quite good. :thumbsup2
We were originally booked to hear Whoopie. But I just wasn't sure about her as a serious story teller. I just couldn't get comedian out of my head with her.

I actually think Whoopie would do a great job, but I know what you mean. We're going with that wonderful actor...everyone's favorite...TBA!!:lmao: I'm kinda liking the surprise aspect of it. And since we've seen CP once, we know it really doesn't matter who is speaking. The orchestra, singers and all the pomp are spectacular.

For those of you wondering if it is worth all the trouble to get ADRs and wait and such, IT IS! And as far as the sound, I think it is best to sit back a ways from the stage to get the best overall effect. One of the choirs forms the shape of a Christmas tree. I don't know if anyone was aware, but the choirs are made up of high school students and are not the same ones every night. The center, Christmas tree choir is the same throughout the performances. Two years ago there was a guy signing the entire thing and I found myself watching him a lot. He did it with such flair and emotion, he was mesmerizing!

Do I need to go get our luggage from baggage claim to get put on the bus??

Also, since my DD is driving to meet us at Disney, she will have a car so I am not concerned about a ride back to airport.

I think one of the biggest perks of using ME is the fact that we don't have to bother with our luggage. It's so nice to just walk directly to the ME area and not have to wait on baggage, lug it to the bus, and then take the time to let the driver stow it away. In that amount of time you (maybe) could have been on your way to your resort already.:woohoo:

its a little thing that says a mod passed away and they are shutting DIS down for an hour from 11-12 during her funeral :littleangel:

Ok well everyone had me scared so I changed our dinner to 8 just in case

Thanks for letting me know. I've contacted the Admin. to see why I was blocked from that. I also can't post photos, so hopefully I'll get some answers. Maybe I've been bad and not know it?pirate:

So I fly a lot for work, but we've never flown as a family. Has anyone done the flight & Magic Express with a stroller?

I'm having a bit of a tought time deciding what to do as far as a stroller goes. We have a really nice stroller that I LOVE (Phil & Teds Sport w/a doubles seat). It's perfect for us, roomy, great storage, really easy to push and has a place for my 3.5 y/o to sit when she's tired of walking. Thing is, this stroller is BIG & heavy. How do you get a stroller on the ME? That will be our main mode of transportation.

We have a much more compact Maclaren stroller, but the storage space stinks and it only fits one child.

I guess I gate-check whatever one I bring? I would be too scared to check it for fear it will get damaged.

Looking for some "been there, done that" advice! :confused3

I would not take that lol.... you can gate check the stroller and then when you get off they give it to you. That kind of stroller would be heavy for me. YOu have to be able to flod it and unflod it relatively easily to get on any of the buses at WDW.... and with that in mind, we got a lightweight stroller with tons of storage.... Im not trying to discourage you BUT you have to think about that kind of thing..... is it easy to fold and carry because you will need to carry it on and off the bus atleast 2x a day.... but as far as ME goes, its a charter type bus so they stick it underneath :) no worries there. its the other buses sort of like public transportation buses... what about getting a sit n stand? that may be easier for your 3yo to get up and down and the 1yo can stay put:)

Tell him we're all friends!:rotfl: We are used to Auburn fans 2! My step-dad & step-brother are Auburn fans.. :crazy2: Where are y'all in Alabama? We are in Harpersville.... right outside Chelsea

We are from a very small town in Southeast Alabama called Kinston, it is about 30 minutes south of Enterprise

Good morning ya'll. :goodvibes

I was just looking at Touring Plans and they are still not taking the Christmas Parade taping into consideration. :confused3 But yet, EasyWDW does. :confused3 I'm thinking about redoing our November 30th day. Right now I have us spending 3 full days in Epcot. And only 1 day in AK. I want to keep our ADR at GG in Epcot though. But it isn't until 5:55 so that won't be a problem. But I will have to give up our lunch at the Rose and Crown. We really wanted their fish and chips and fried pickles. (Heard they are all really good) So....What would ya'll do? Keep the 3rd day in Epcot just for the ADRs or take that 2nd day in AK? The one thing that will stop this is if test track opens a little early. I guess with all of this crazy rambling I'm asking if we really need that 2nd AK day?

I have always heard and read that you only need 1 day at AK. Last time we were there the week after Thanksgiving and we did everything at AK in 1 day. We even did some things twice like Safari and Dinosaur and caught the parade.

AK is my favourite park - we go slower and take in all the animals along the trails and go on Everest a couple of times. In the past we've only spent one day and always miss something - a show, going out on the train, or skip a ride or two. THIS year we are definitely going for more than one day. A lot of people even say it is only a half day park, but that depends on whether or not it resonates with you. The mini music shows, devine, parade, restaurants... there is a LOT to occupy your time!

I know.....We like AK. Just don't know if we like it enough to spend 2 days there. :confused3 I think being confused over park days is alot better than being confused over ADRs. :rotfl2: I hate ADR confusion. :lmao:

I have never thought that AK was a half day park. There is plenty there to do. What gets to me about AK is I guess the lay out. When it gets crowded you feel more .....:crowded:

I thought I would share this with my Disney loving friends on here. Only ya'll would understand. I was talking about Disney and my DH says "kids go get Mama some tylenol, I think she has Disney fever" Then my DD says " Mama are you going to plan out what we say to each other at Disney too?" So far my DD has been the only person who I thought was listening to me. I guess I even burnt her out on it. They are excited about the trip but could care less about all my planning.

That is to cute!!! :rotfl2:
Sometimes I wonder if I have gone over board with the planning. :)
