Did you heare thae Le Cellier goes to 2 TS for lunch in 2013??? Crazy!

I might be in the minority here but, I welcome it. Le Cellier is great & I have always thought it should be a signature restaurant. Le Cellier also wont have to fool with 2 menus, one for ddp & another for oop.

Yup, Rhode Island is right down the street from where I work. I work in Franklin, MA. As a matter of fact, I will be flying out of TF Green when we go to Disney. It is a little longer ride than going to Boston, but we save in the long run since the flight is less and also we can park the car at TF Green for much less.:)

I just want to go to the Magic Kingdom and dance around like a weirdo and kiss the ground and say "I'M HOME!!" I know, I sound like a freak.

I suppose you have a very valid point here....:flower3:

Um, you don't sound at all like a freak to me. That's EXACTLY what I'll be doing the very next morning after evening in DTD! (and, yep, I'll have tears in my eyes when I get there as usual......:rolleyes2 I can't HELP it....:lovestruc )

This will be the first trip to Disney for my daughter and I and we are so excited! :cool1: We'll be there November 23-28th at Pop Century. I'm a little stressed thinking of all the planning I need to do. I don't want to go without a plan and wondered what the best site is that can help plan an itinerary. Thanks for the help!

WDW is big. First & foremost have fun. Second, don't get all stressed out because you missed something. There is no way possible to fit everything to do at WDW into a week so don't try. Best you can do is pickout the things you really want to do & try to squeeze them into your week. Grand Floridian lobby is a must at Christmas time. :lovestruc

Welcome!! :goodvibes
If you want a guide book.....Two of my favorites are The Unofficial Guide to Disney. (The 2013 version should be out in August) And the Passporter guide book.

There are 3 sites I use to help pick park days. Easywdw is one....its free and very good. TOur Guide Mike is another and its costs but worth every penny. Touring plans is great too and they cost a small fee too . On easywdw I only go to the parks that are green for my dates:thumbsup2

Since we are arriving the afternoon of Friday 11/23. All we are going to do is just hang out at the WL and unwind, relax and just explore. Maybe rent a surrey bike or one of the small boats. :goodvibes

We arrive in the afternoon, so once checking in we will have to go get our tickets a day earlier thanks to FD. Then we plan to go visit a park and maybe order a pizza for dinner.

I told DH what you said here, thinking we would not go again, but he said we'll do one meal dining plan and one meal oop. I guess that would work.:confused3

Ok so I need your help on this... everybody made the descision to keep LTT for lunch and do DTD on our first night.... NOW we are toying with the 550 dinner reservation at 1900PF on our MVMCP night OR 515 at WCC. DH said either......I am not sure at this point!

I agree with everyone that you will be getting to the party late. We made the mistake last year of eating at LTT too late (and they were behind and we didn't get seated until 30/40 minutes after our ressie) So we didn't hit the party until after 7. If you have to eat at one of them, I would do WCC for sure. It doesn't take all that long there and the boat ride is 5/10 minutes. That should get you there a bit before 7.

Has anyone had freezing cold temps the week after Thanksgiving (at WDW)? I need to decide if I should make a sweat shirt for this trip.

Smileybug-- Were you there in 2010?? Burrrrrrrr!!! We were there in December 2010, and it was SUPER cold just before we arrived (we're talking freezing temps.). It was in the 40's and 50's while we were there. --Katie

We were there Dec 1 - 8 in 2010 and it broke records for low temps two days in a row! We wore shorts exactly one time. And we're from Ohio, so we know cold! It got so cold at night we ended up leaving the parks before we normally would have. The trouble was, the weather was predicted in the 70s for every day...and I checked the day before we left. :faint:

Since we won't get to POR until 6ish, we're heading to DTD soak up the Disney feeling and have an ADR at Raglan Road. Anyone been, our first time!

Been there twice. Loved it both times!!::yes::

Get the Unofficial Guide to WDW. It is a wealth of information! Also, on Disney's website they offer free maps of the parks. Order those and study the layout of each park. If you have a general knowledge of the layouts, it makes getting to the attractions you want to do so much easier! I would say relax, do your homework and you will have a great time!:flower3:

And really try not to stress. You have plenty of time to familiarize yourself with the parks and attractions. Try to enjoy the process. Hanging out here will help a lot. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Someone on this thread will have the answer or been there done that! You're in good hands!;)

Guess what we will all be doing in 3 weeks? :cool1:

Seems there's constantly something to gear up for! Don't you love it?!:beach:

Anyone else up and tweeking ADRs this morning? :confused3
At this point I am just tweeking times. I'm actually amazed at what is still available. :scratchin

Morning y'all!
