That is exciting!!

Good morning ya'll. :goodvibes

I need some help ya'll.

Hubby has to take a quick trip. And it has been several years since either of us has flown. What size bottles are now allowed to be packed in his luggaged? (shampoo and stuff)

3-1-1 for carry-ons =

3.4 ounce (100ml) bottle or less (by volume) ; 1 quart-sized, clear, plastic, zip-top bag; 1 bag per passenger placed in screening bin. One-quart bag per person limits the total liquid volume each traveler can bring. 3.4 ounce (100ml) container size is a security measure.

He can pack whatever liquids he wants in a chacked bag -- the limit is for carry-on only.

Thank you so much. This will be going in a checked bag. :thumbsup2

I have seen GREAT things about Flame Tree, but since we're on the DxDP I feel obligated to do as many table service meals as possbile :lmao:

Not sure if it matters, but we're only doing 3/4 of a day at AK with a Tusker breakfast @ 8:10 and now a lunch ressie for Rainforest @ 1p. Our plan is to leave around 4 to get ready for MVMCP and eat dinner somewhere before we leave. The party doesn't start until 7 (I know we don't have to get there RIGHT at 7, but I want to!).

And on another note -- fellow party goers, what are you doing about dinner the night of the party? I don't want to "waste" party time eating in MK, so I was thinking of ordering pizza (which is covered by the dining plan) or eating at Landscape of Flavors in our resort. Any other suggestions?

Decisions, decisions....

When DH and I did the MVMCP in 2010 whe made a dinner ressie at 5 or 6 in the Magic Kingdom. That way we can enjoy all the surgar cookies and hot chocolate we could at night. They let us in early so you might be able to get in early as well, but if you have park hopper is doesn't really matter.

Congratulations!!!! My DH now has a dream of running for his home country in the Rio Olympics. I believe he can do it. He has to shave 4 minutes off his pace. I know that it is a lot of time but he is always improving every race and has four years to train.

How amazing you must feel for your student!!!

I put everything in ziplock bags. I even carry empty ones into the parks with me ..... because you just never know. :lmao:

On our MVMCP day we have a late breakfast at Ohanas. Then we are just going to hang out, swim at our resort (WL) Then its off to a early 4:45 supper reservation at CRT. The party starts at 7:00pm. But they usually let you in on your party ticket by 4:00pm.

Good morning everyone!!!!!!!!! Woo hoo my iphone trip tracker says 120 days until DisneyWorld!!! I can't wait to get into the doube digits!!!

This is a different trip for us. Second Honeymoon ;) We spent our first one at Disney World 21 years ago.....

Ok so here is what I have. So many new things, new resort, new time of year, new activites (MVMCP, CLP) I just don't feel good about not having a plan. It isn't a long vacation for us, and my husband was really looking forward to not doing this trip on tight schedule (up 7:00, parks by opening, stay until closing, and do it all over again)

We arrive on Thursday, Nov. 29 about 7:30 pm. (stinks but I had some free miles to use so I've just got to suck it up and lose a full day at my happiest place  ) So I don't figure on getting to the Caribbean Beach Resort before 9:00 ish. This is why I only purchased a 4 day park hopper pass. Not sure what we will do for dinner this night? Unsure if the resort food court will be open or not. Will this be too late to get a bus to DTD to eat somewhere? All the times I have taken the kids, I have had a well organized, thought out plan. This trip, I just don't feel confident in what I have so far

We do have the free dining plan as well, but using 2 TSC for a dinner later in the trip so it works out.

Friday Nov 30 We have ADR for LeCellier at 11:35 am, with CLP tickets at 5:00 pm. yup, thats right, only time available and we truly love this restaurant. So basically this is an Epcot day since we will be seeing the CLP and we will have special viewing of Illuminations that night. Considered getting tickets to do the Segway Tour that morning, but thought that might be a super long day ?

Saturday, Dec. 1 ADR @ Mama Melrose @ 6:05 pm Not sure why I picked this, I think because I was struggling for a restaurant and the CM recommended it since we do want to go to DHS

Sunday, Dec. 2 ADR @ Rain Forest Cafe at AK @ 4:00 pm then off to MVMCP

Monday, Dec. 3 ADR @ House of Blues DTD @ 7:00 pm

Tuesday, Dec 4- Flight leaves for NY at 2:40 pm so this day is pretty much shot. Figure sleep in a bit, check out and head to airport by 11

Anyone see anything that they think I should do differently? We have been to Disney several times, mostly with our children, so we have done most rides mulitple times but we still love them all. It's just we don't feel the need to HIT everything this time.

I really wanted to try the TREX restaurant but no times were available.

Thanks for any advise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi. :goodvibes
Don't know if you know it or not but Epcot is open until 12:30am when you are there. :thumbsup2 Because of the late closing time we are starting the day in AK. Then coming into Epcot about 5:00. I know you have your CLP at an early time. Just wanted to share that info. Also you maybe able to get a ADR for T-Rex by calling the resturant directly. Several of us in here have done that very thing. The # is 1-407-828-8739. :goodvibes Happy planning!!!

SCORE!!!! I just called and got a reservation for T-Rex on Sunday Dec 2nd @ 4:00 pm., right before we go to MVMCP!!!!! Thanks Smileybug, you are awesome! :thumbsup2:thumbsup2:dance3::dance3::dance3:

I should probably look up and see if T-Rex honors the dining plan. lol I got so excited about the phone number I just called. Oh well if it isnt, just another reason to feed my face!!

But now I am thinking that maybe I should have switched out Mama Melrose. This is the restaurant that we haven't eaten at but I'm kind of questioning. We are basically meat (steak) and potato eaters, and chicken of course. My husband doesn't care for Italian but I wanted to try something different. We have already been to Rain Forest but liked the food and atmosphere. Hmmmm, decisions!!

Thanks again SmileyBug!

On our party night we have dinner ADR for Liberty Tree at 4. Giving us loads of time to be checked in, and eat. They are sometimes a little late.
