NOVEMBER 2012 Trip Planners Thread~ Everybody is Welcome~Part 3 already!

I grew up in Akron NY and now we live in Lancaster NY right next to Depew. We actually love the area except for a few bad days the weather is perfect for us. Ski in the winter, Swim and boat in the summer.

Lancaster?! Wow!. I love the rest of the year here in Atlanta, but, to me, the summers are brutal! Definitely prefer Buffalo summers, but not winters... (besides certain foods, the thing I miss most is the soft, green grass. First thing I do when we visit is take off my shoes and walk through the grass!)

I don't know if long trips always mean good things. Even without kids. This trip is 9 nights/10 days. We normally do 6 to 7 days. So this is a first for us. I guess we will see how it goes.

This is our first 9 night/10 day trip, too! So excited! We've always stayed 7 nights before...

So here is our plan:

Sunday 11th Drive from Atlanta arrive arround lunch. MK for Wishes and PM EMH

Monday 12th AK or HS not sure yet Chef Mickeys 7:45 PM Holiday Wishes at Poly Beach

Tuesday 13th Epcot Le Cellier 11:50 AM finally got it

Wednesday 14th MK

Thursday 15th AK or HS which ever one we do not do on Monday, Vera Bradley outlet and explore AOA in afternoon, Back in room in time for Grey's Anatomy.

Friday 16th Epcot Via Napolli 5:45 PM

Saturday 17th Ohana 9:30 AM DTD then head home around lunch

Good evening everyone!

Just had a terrible storm here, lots of thunder-lightening and 2" of rain in last hour. They say we may get even more. That is good for the farmers--as we are in such a severe drought. Looking forward to the next few months as we get even closer to our trip come November.

Yuck about the bad weather. We've had it for much of the week (I don't like lightning anyway and seeing multiple bolts in the sky at one time while driving home from work was REALLY unnerving! But we really do need the rain, too. Don't know what happened to it today, though. It's just been hot and HUMID (which I don't like either!)

I rec'd an email today that Jet Blue eliminated my 6:30am flight down to Disney I went into panic mode since the flight they put me on does not depart until 10:39am a 4 hour + difference. Instead of landing@ 9:17am the flight does not get to MCO until 1:25pm

We decided to go with the later flight after reviewing our options of changeing our flight to another day since adding a day at BWI is not in the budget plus we had nothing planned for that morning anyway. Now we can sleepin a little longer and take advantage of the free breakfast Offered at the hotel we will be staying at the night prior to our flight.

I sure hope there are no more surprises with my flights. I am use to flight changes to the times but this was the first time my flight was ever eliminated.

Yes there is a VB outlet in Orlando. We went last fall. If you love Vera you will it. Gonna get several Christmas presents while we are there for the non Disney peeps on my list. Not sure what the name of the outlet is. Sorry it is on vera bradley.com

Good morning everyone! Today is my 27th wedding anniversary! I am so blessed with a man who spoils me rotten taking me to Disney at least once a year.

I'm with you, I also do the rewriting every now and then, sometimes go a little kooky with the different colored pens to color code things and make my handwriting as neat as possible. Oh the joy!!!

I do the color coded thing too!!! Ahhh a kindred spirit. Such satisfaction!
