Thats not true. They don't have anything to do with your credit card. They don't even know what package you booked. You just check in and say the child's name. They ask what package and then you wait to be called back. Only if you don't show does the system charge your card. They don't have access to that info.

Or do you mean for CRT...again, not true, but all of the party has to be there to check in.

Am I the only one not calling every day for a FD pin? I hate going thru the process of even getting to a CM, plus I figure they are gonna have it open to the public soon anyway more than likely

Good idea... its easier to move BBB then CRT

I think CRT is overated. the food isn't that good, but i think they changed the menu again. BUT, my DD loves it, so it's worth it to do for her.
I see you only have an hour between BBB and CRT...You probably will want more time in between as at that time of day, BBB might be backed up. We usually wait 10-20 minutes. But it could be longer...or right on time, but you won't know till that day.
WE LOVE BBB. My DD said it's a must this time...I was gonna skip it...foolish me.

I'm also waiting for a FD pin or the GP announcement! I booked today at POP for 11/9-11/18. I booked the DDP so FD with the upgrade would really save us $$! Plus if we do get FD I plan on upgrading to a suite at AoA.

Yes that is it. I can never remember the real name, so we just call it the werthers place. BTW they will cut up an apple for you so you can share.

Good Morning all! Just wanted to extend a big HELLO! Dh & I are surprising our princess for her first trip on her 5th birthday!! As a lil update I definitely DO NOT have FD :-( We do have 10% off (yay). My ADR is for this Saturday & I'd love your very valued opinions. So here it goes!
Thursday 11/29 arrive POR Royal Garden View Room around 11. We'll do CS either in the food court or DTD. I'm making an ADR for early dinner 4:30 @ 1900PF then taking the monorail to MK for MVMCP!
Friday 11/30 MK day(dd's actual bday) 8:00 BBB, 9:15 CRT(which will be OOP). Lunch & dinner is depending if BOG is open if thats the case - CS in MK than dinner @ BOG 6:00. If not then CMC @ 7:00.
Saturday 12/1 Epcot day only ADR will be AKR 6:30 (we will be doing a break today too). Lunch will also be in Epcot before our break.
Sunday 12/2 Epcot day ADR for CR 6:30 (also break after CS lunch in Epcot)
Monday 12/3 departure day though we will be able to hit AK for a few hours in the morning before ME picks us up!
Any opinions are welcome! I picked the spots since my daughter IS a princess ( and she will tell you that) and we also love seafood.
Hoping for some FD *pixie dust*

Last week when free dining pin codes were emailed out I asked my husband to check his email to see if we had one. Granted I asked him this at 1am when he was half asleep, but this is important! We have a trip booked already from November 28-December 6.

This morning he emails me the free dining pin code email! It's been sitting there for a week, just waiting to be used. I could have strangled him for making me think we wouldn't get one but I'm so excited that I'm already over it.

We were able to apply the free dining to all 3 rooms at POFQ that were linked for our family trip. Two of the rooms saved $950 and the other saved $1200! Since you all know how exciting this is, I had to share. I'm hoping everyone who wants it gets FD!!!

Happened to me this morning too! mine just opened up today, went online to do them, and BAM -- no go! Ugly red message saying the couldn't link me up. Very frustrating. I ended up calling to have a CM help me with the ones I knew I wanted to get. Then i called back (to technical support this time) because it was still not working. Nice lady told me it is a known back-end issue they are having. She tried to do something to get it to work for me, but in the end she could not. Very annoying because I cannot even see what's available for the rest of my trip.

Anyway, you're not alone!

Happened to me, too. Positively maddening!

I am now a member of the November Free Dining club!

It was a long call with Disney, but the CM found a code for me and now I don't have to call them again!

Who ever said it was right... dreams do come true!

CONGRATS!! I have to admit I had been the stalker of my DH DD & DS's email accounts for awhile. NO WAY was I trusting them not to delete a pin!!

Hi! I'm new...

We're planning our first-ever family trip to Disney November 16-20. This is my first Disney World trip, and only my second Disney experience. My first was about 9 years ago, and was a half day at Disneyland during a conference.

I'm slowly reading the 100+ pages of this thread but wanted to jump in and become part of the group, if that's ok.

Thanks. We're staying at POR - officially booking today. Don't know who is more excited me or the boys. I think me - because (a) I am a Disney fanatic, and (b) I more fully grasp just how absolutely awesome this is going to be.

It's like every minute spent planning knocks a year off of my true age. By the time we'll go, I'll be a little girl again!

I still consider myself pretty new to disboards, but have been closely following this page, which luckily lead me to call in and get free dining!!

We will be staying off site 11/17 - 11/24 at SeaWorld Hilton doing IOA, US, SeaWorld (for the first time) but I canceled my second week of reservations off-site to take advantage of FD on-site and to try AOA!

What are your feelings about Bibbidi Boppidi Boutique and CRT? Worth the $$ and 2 TS or overrated?? It will be our first time doing either of these! We've done Akershus and 1900 Park Fare, but I wanted to try something different...

Also, my DD loves Stitch so this will be our first experience at Ohana's
for breakfast - we really rather do dinner than breakfast?!?

My DH and DS14 have requested a Disney break for awhile , so of course we are now getting tons of pin code postcards (5 in a year)! Well, our latest code gave us 35% off and I just couldn't stand to pass it up! I easily talked my mom in to taking a girls trip with me November 28-Dec.1. and we are going to stay at the POP. I've never stayed at a Value before (mostly because of space with 2 big guys), but it will be just fine for me and my mom. I'm really looking forward to it and I'm going to request the 50's bldg, which my mom will love. I'm also really psyched about the mini fridges in the rooms now.

Now for tickets...my mom can get a great deal b/c she lives in Florida, and I typically go through Undercover Tourist. I would prefer to hold off and purchase them later, but I heard that ticket prices are going up soon. How much is a typical yearly increase? I might still just wait because we've had some big budget busters at our house lately.
