Received my weekly Allears Newsletter and it states that the F&WF has been extended by one day and will now end on Nov 12 (Veterans Day). Not something I was planning to attend but thought I would pass along the info for those of you going that week and planning to visit Epcot on Monday.

I think someone at WDW is secretly giggling about upsetting our carefully crafted plans!!!

So I tried to call mom and tell her about how I got CRT and TH prerope drop.... she didnt seem happy and then I sid I couldnt get Coral Reef so I booked Teppan Edo and she voiced her opinion! How she doesnt want to eat there and the kids will be scared blah blah blah. Now question: should I change it? Keep it? Or cancel it? IDK what to do.

Nope, don't think they'll be scared. I hate aquariums - I think the glass is going to break & the sharks will come straight for me. No, I've never seen Jaws! For DS 5th birthday we sat next to the glass at Coral Reef. It was totally amazing! The fish glide past, you can see people doing the diving program in the tank (I figured the sharks would go for them first! ). Awesome experience, food wasn't great but the tank was phenominal!

LOL We have eaten at CR before I liked it and so did the kids....but of course they are being held for CP Any other Epcot recomendations?

So DH called and had an actual FD pin in his name! That CM said she could only apply it to the days it was offered until the 29th and that it wouldn't apply through our whole reservation. Of course I knew that wasn't true so he got the pin number from her. I called back and got a new CM who at first said she didn't see anything but I told her exactly what the first one said the offer was for even gave her the pin number the first one gave DH. Still couldn't find it. Luckily she kept looking and found it applied and it to our whole stay with check in day 11/23! Had trouble making the room only for 11/22 but she was finally able to pull up a LM room. Woohoo!

I really think I just called so much it magically appeared!

Thank you very nice CMs. It took two different CMs but they got it done!

We were offered that pin code a couple months back. It also included park hoppers.

Yeah this one had park hoppers too but there is no way we will be going to the waterpark and we have a room pin that we already booked with that is worth more. I just got really excited when he said I had a pin then bummed when he told me what it was.

It really is all about the CM. The one DH got first was very nice and magically found a code, but didn't know how to apply it. The one I got was not very friendly, but knew what to do. I am pretty sure if we had gotten the second CM first she wouldn't have found a code. We have never gotten any pins e-mail or mail but suddenly this!

So do you actually have to book and then apply the code to the reservation? Is that when the emails magically appear? I've saved the trip on Disney.com over and over again. I've been waiting for a discount for our upcoming 11/24-12/2 vacation to book.
I'd like a PM too. Never stayed onsite & really need a discount of some kind.

Heck no and Iv been fighting with the dr about my pain meds because he just hasnt had time to call it in...so he called it in at 430 ok so 530 I went 2min down the rad to CVS. Well this lady said oh we dont have it. I said it was called in an hour ago...she said well I dont have it. I said let me talk to your Manager. He said what do you want me to do call the dr. That girl said just come back tomorrow UM NO! And he finally called the dr(they were closed of course) he said o the dr will call back. Well now I am still waiting and have to pick it up at 730 Well apparently you cant fax in meds like that they have to be authorized.... well thats not my fault CVS had it sitting on the counter for 30 min JEEZ lol

That is crazy! So sorry to hear. I am lucky to have a local pharm that is wonderful. Stinks for holidays and vacays but he is so nice. He personally calls you at home after surgerys and will deliver meds. Hopefully things got better today!
