Good morning ya'll. :goodvibes

Congratulations to those that have received FD pins!!:banana::banana:

Just for a FD PIN via email (my husbands email) It said "Get a First look at a Tasty Fall offer"....think this means it's coming for everyone? The dates were: 9/30 -10/4; 10/19-11/1; 11/9-11/15; 11/23-11/29; 12/10-12/13.

Gosh, this makes me soooooo sad for me!! I'm supposed to be checking in 11/3. Had no idea "jersey week" would be excluded. Heck, most of thanksgiving week is included!!

Hoping these are just the first rounds of discounts & others with my dates will be available. I know, I know. I'll be at Disney regardless...but a FD code would have really helped our budget & been fun to be able to have.

Our dates arent excluded BUT I didnt get a PIN :sad1: so I am sooooo sad:(

I could use some help and advice as my ADR day is approaching tomorrow. I am staying club-level at the Beach Club Resort and have already sent my itinerary to the Beach/Yacht Club; however, I am second guessing some of my choices. I am going to copy and paste dining schedule into this post. All of my indecisiveness can be viewed in red. Any feedback is appreciated.

Additionally, now that I am reading the some people are catching wind of FD coming out in November I am second guessing my whole schedule as well. I know that if FD does come out, the beginning of my trip (November 20-27) will be blacked out; however, I am wondering if it would be worth it do a split stay between two resorts or book two different reservations at the Beach Club to give me a better chance of getting FD for at least part of my stay. If that is the case, I would need to rethink some of my park days as I have scheduled reservations around my proximity to the Beach Club. I would also appreciate any opinions on this matter.

So, our anniversary is nov 11 and my sweetie and I were planning to spend our wedding anniversary in WDW. To our (especially my husband's :cool1:) delight, Food and Wine will still be going on during our Nov 7-12 trip. However, that weekend is also Veteran's day weekend, "Jersey Week", the last weekend of F&W, and the half marathon. We have determined my DH does not take heavy crowds and lines well. If we have a repeat of our last trips in early August or New Years Eve, it will be a LONG week! Have either of you been at that time? What kinds of waits did you have in line for rides or food? I didn't realize there were quite as many things going on to draw crowds in until after booking our stay at POR....:scared:

Not only is it Veterans day but also Jersey week, a marathon is being held too, end of F&W and Festival of the Masters. I expect it to be a busy week :scared1:

okay so I called again for Fantasmic(4th time now), still not showing up, he fooled around a lil' more, the conversation was quite confusing, he had to do a ton of different stuff to try and get something to come up, he finally got Mama Melrose and Hollywood and Vine to show up, he said it was definately something technical and to try back in a few days. I went ahead and booked MamaMelrose though I've heard it isn't good at all :( Don't you get an appetizer too???? BUT I've also booked non-fantasmic Hollywood and Vine character lunch and SciFi.......now I don't know which one I want to keep????? We really do want to see Fantasmic we missed it last time because of crowds, but we do have 2 Hollywood Studio days, but one of them will be Thanksgiving day:eek:

I just checked all my ressies online and the MamaMelrose doesn't say anything about Fantasmic :(

Well It looks good. I would def do Via Napoli on your arrival night. I also would put WCC at maybe 630 depending on when wishes is. WCC (though I havent been there) might have a wait or a wait to get back to watch wishes.... just in case-u never know :thumbsup2

I just called Disney and I have NO pin attached to my name. But the CM was very nice and told me to keep checking back because you just never know. :goodvibes

I just called too and that's also what the very nice CM told me. She said that usually after they send out the pins, they will release the promotion to the GP so to keep an eye for it.

I called to check on a FD pin and was told there is a pin attached to my DH's name for a room and ticket discount but she couldn't get it to work?? She said it probably hasn't been loaded into the system yet and to call back in a couple of days. Oh Disney, why do you do this to me??

So glad I found this forum:)
Seen where people was calling to see if they had a pin code from Disney
So I called and had a pin code for free dining for the dates I wanted
I am officially booked now with a savings of 1443.12 for my family of 4
Please add me to this forum my dates are 11/25 - 12/02 POR

I need some advice!

Am I making a bad decision not booking the Fantasmic package for November 4th? We will be at DHS only one day this trip and we already have ADR's at SciFi since we had wanted to try it last year but ended up skipping it b/c there wasn't enough time. Also, the menu at MM doesn't seem too appealing to us. Would it be that difficult to get into Fantasmic without the package?

I remember last year at the end of the August, DS and I were able to go in about 30 minutes before the show and they were just letting people in without having to stand in line.

So is the beginning of November that busy that we will miss Fantasmic if we don't have the pass?

I'm torn on this and would appreciate your opinions!

I just checked all my ressies online and the MamaMelrose doesn't say anything about Fantasmic :(

If I recall it was listed as the F! pkg on the second page when you pulled up " the details"

Did the CM take your CC , he would have if it was the F! Pkg even if you are on the DP incase of a no Show

Could you check in on 11/1? I think that would give you free dining for your stay. It may be cheaper to add two days to get free dining all week. Plus more time at Disney. It's a win win!:lmao:

I knew we would run into the same thing for the week of Thanksgiving and I can't change my dates at all. I booked off site for the first time to help with the cost because my kids still want to eat at our favorite places. I think it's going to work out great for us. :goodvibes We do what we gotta do!:lmao:

I booked two more ADR's this morning. One for lunch at Via Napoli and one for dinner at 50's Prime Time. I will cancel the dinner one if I can get in there tomorrow for lunch but I had to make sure I got in at some point. My kids love it! I'm going to be honest, this booking one a day is killing me!:sad2:

Someone reported that in the curret promotions thread that the PIN IS the new offer :confused3

My Cm was nice too and checked every name in our GG BUT I want a PIN!!! :upsidedow Ok vent over :rotfl2:

Is our little hyper smiley having a temper tantrum?:lmao::rotfl2:
