I'd say if you have the package booked and will be able to sit in the reserved section you'll be cutting it close but it might work.
If you don't have the 'package' there is probably no way to make it in time for a seat.

But I've never been this time of year - used to a bigger crowd - maybe someone else will think differently.

Thank you so much! This is what I was afraid of. :headache: They still have all of the dates for Nov. blocked for the package. However, I would like to have a plan of action just incase something happens and we cant get the package. I think I will try to change this ADR to an 8pm time. I hope that will give us time. Now, for yet another question. I have just now seen about the Osborne Lights!!! How does this work if anyone knows? How long does a round of songs last? When do the turn the lights on/off this time of year? Any info is helpful at this point! Or a link to where I can find the info! I am so excited about this!!!:yay:

Well, we scored a 30% off code for Dec, so we will not be joining you all in Nov. I hope you all have wonderful trips! pixiedust:

If I remember correctly, the last few years free dining was extended, it got extended before the other offer was removed. Right now the offer is still for summer, which means they are struggling to fill the rooms for that period of time. Hoping for all your sakes, something good comes up.

Oh its filling! I love Tusker House in Animal Kingdom, Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom. This trip, we are trying Chef Mickeys breakfast and 1900 Park Fare on top of TH and CP. I also have read that Cape Mays breakfast and O'hanas Best Friends breakfast is delicious! The Mickey waffles are TO DIE FOR!!!!!!

:

oh I meant for counter service......I actually love breakfast and the buffets disney has for them, but my husband is not a big breakfast eater, he'd rather use his credits for lunch/dinner.....we went to Crystal Palace last time for breakfast because I decided to book one for myself lol and he said it was okay but would rather do a dinner :confused3 craziness :upsidedow

Been trying to make an ADR for Thanksgiving Day since last Friday. Cape May and Chef Mickey's showed no availability at all. Garden Grove was suggested but their menu for Thursadays is Mediterranean and my family wouldn't enjoy that, although I thought there was a good chance they would have something special for Thanksgiving. There again, when I tried to book, it was showing no avaiabililty for any time. I booked Crystal Palace so we would have something but really didn't want it (not a Pooh fan but if that's all I could get...) Someone else suggested Garden Grille and it looked to be available but I got the dreaded "error message" all weekend and again this morning.
So I called right at 7 AM and was on hold for almost an hour. The CM seemed to understand the problem people are having altho she didn't come stratight out and say there was a problem. She asked me what my 2 top choices were and was able to find both Cape May and Chef MIckey's for the times I wanted!!!! When I told her I had a party of 7 she said that was the smallest group of people she had all day. Most were averaging around 20.

Hope everyone gets what they want today!

I wanted to go for Thanksgiving but after reading how hard it has been for some to get the ADRs they want a part of me is glad I got shot down and will be going the following week. Of course because of tables being held back for CP packages in Epcot I may still have problems booking ADRs when my 180+10 day finally gets here on June 1

Ok fellow Novemberers... I need help! I am so close to jumping over the edge here. I want to go on a cruise! I can get a balcony room for 4 ppl for a 7 day cruise stopping at Cozumel and 2 other places for $2300! soooo much less then disney! I dont wanna cancel disney but its soooooo tempting!

Well...that is quite a temptation!! Would you be okay with skipping disney for a year? Assuming that you would go next year instead? If so, then you could take the $ you save, and put it toward the trip for next year and start saving again--perhaps having enough to upgrade your resort or add days to the trip next year!! That is something we considered as well...just taking a cruise (we would drive to the port),and not flying to Fl would save us over $2000 at this point--If i could talk my hubby into a long cruise, we would def be doing that this year instead...mainly due to the flight prices/restrictions with luggage and fees!!! If airlines don't start making it easier on familys, the cruise competition is gonna benefit tremendously!!! We are actually still debating on a Disney cruise once they come to Galveston!!!

It is tempting but in reality I cant cancel Disney. Its to celebrate my DD turning 13 so Id have to skip Disney NEXT year and maybe the year after, we will be doing a cruise :upsidedow

I have a question redesign the pin discounts you guys refer to....do you have to have had a Disney vacation in the past to get the pins? We went our first time in April to MK for the day (drove from Anna Maria vacation, stayed from open to close and spent the night at the Hilton in Disney and drove back to the beach next morning) and are planning a week long trip in November (didn't get enough of the mouse!) just curious if we have any chances of getting a pin?

No you dont have to have had a disney vacation before, but you do have to have your email and address registered with disney. By creating an account on the disney site is all it takes. They are given out randomly though.

Yeah, and if it is any disney family site you are good. I got my first pin code a few years ago. I wasn't intensionally registered with Disney. ESPN.com puts you "in the family"!!!

I'm a little late, but can I add myself to this thread? I'll be at POFQ Nov. 10-17th. :cool1:
