FREE DINING FOR THE CREW!!!!!!!!!! :cool1::cool1::woohoo:

Finally...pixie dust was sprinkled my way!:wizard:

Gotta love those Disney fairies.......:tink::tink:;)

Just give them a call and ask about FD, I did that over the weekend and was given a list of dates to choose from. I was so excited and I am sure if you call they can do same for you before it goes public. Give it a try!!

already done :rotfl2: :lmao:

I was hoping for some better deals than what I currently see for airfare. I've checked 3 different airports (all within 1 - 2 hours) and South West seems to have the best prices/non-stop flights/time choices but I am still having a hard time convincing myself to buy!!

$1046 RT for 4 vs. 11 hours in the van with a 8 & 6 year old:confused:

In 2009 we paid $463, 2010 $580, and 2011 $900 (which I wasn't happy about but my husband was adamant)...

How does everyone else feel? Anyone familiar with how the credit card promo works? Would it benefit me to activate a card and make a purchase to get the promo? Or would airfare go up before I was even able to take advantage

If your airfare doesn't go down, I would just drive. I think 11 hours really isn't that bad. We have driven several times with 2 kids from VA to MI which took us about 9-10 hours without even stopping overnight.

$150 from baltimore seems to be the price around here so considering your traveling father, I think the price is good! Im only 2 hours away! :rotfl2:

What airline was this that was only 150? We would be flying out of BWI so I would like to know, the cheapest Ive seen is 220 and that is for a late late arrival time, no good for us

We're officially going to Disney Thanksgiving week! Yay! (11/18-11/23) :woohoo: Even though it seems like Disney, United, and Southwest are all conspiring against me, I've got it somewhat figured out. That means driving 16 hours :scared1: and hoping we'll eventually get a FD pin.

I was hoping to get a LTT reservation on Thanksgiving, but they were all gone. I know, I know. We just decided to go the day before since I'm sure we'll be in the holiday mood the entire week. I finally filled my last blank ADR with Tusker House on Thanksgiving for a late breakfast. They start serving lunch 30 minutes after our reservation, so unless they seat us right away we'll be going into lunch. Does that mean we have half breakfast and half lunch? Has anyone been there between the transition from breakfast to lunch?

Boy ya'll have been busy with your flights. (8 pages worth :rotfl:) I hope you all got what you were hoping for. :goodvibes

That would be total of 985.20 for all of no way we can afford that!!

Maybe I haven't been paying close enough attention the last couple of years but I am seeing a trend of people being priced out by the airlines... I know for us this means we won't be back next year. :headache:

Just found out that the standard rooms in the Disney Animation Resort will be opened as of September 15th so I changed from Pop to there. Can't wait.

We've never paid more than $200 round trip and so far the cheapest i'm seeing $400 round trip. We'll continue to go, we don't mind driving. The only extra expense is gas since we would rent a car anyway if we flew to Disney.

Just got home and checked fares again. I see Air Tran dropped their fare to $258 but after bag fees and taxes its still more than I paid with SW.

Btw, SW fare that I booked at 7am is now $45 more per rt ticket.

Well, we would continue to go to DisneyLAND, but it would be a 3,042 mile trek over 50 hours to get to WDW from Oregon!
