Hi Jessica, I have 2 boys with varying degrees of autism (oldest is 13 & has Aspergers, youngest is 11 & has moderate ASD). We first took the boys when they were 4 & 2 1/2, and newly diagnosed. We have been back 10 timesbecause Disney is outstanding at helping make EVERY guest have a magical visit. Please feel free to send me a private message if you have any specific questions. I am going to post a link to a great blog on dining with spectrum children at WDW.

I am happy to provide tips or info if I know what you are wondering about. I love helping with Disney trips.

Thank you! My son actually does well at restaurants. We go regularly because he loves it so much (he enjoys eating). I'm more worried about rides as he enjoys them but tends to cry a lot when they are over and needs to get off. I also dont know how well he is going to do waiting for everything.
